SUSHI BAKE RECIPE:
Pan Size: 15" x 10" (FAMILY SIZE)
Good for 7-10 persons
1 Pack 500g Crab Sticks
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot
1 cup Japanese Mayo
1 Tbsp Wasabi paste
5-6 cups of Rice
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 eggs, scrambbled
3 packs of Nori Sheets
DIY FURIKAKE
1 Tbsp Seasame Seeds
3Sheets of Nori Wrapper
1 pack of any Potato Chips you like (I used Vcut)
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, shred the Crab Sticks into thin strips
2. Combine Crab sticks,sliced cucumber, sliced carrots and 1 cup of Japanese Mayo in a bowl. Add Wasabi paste. Mix well
3. Add Vinegar and Sugar to the rice to add flavor.
4. Press cooked rice into the pan.
5. Add the mixture on top of the rice. Top with the scrabbled eggs.
6. Sprinkle with the DIY Furikake.
7. Add Mayo on top
8. Bake at 200*C for 10-15 mins.
