The specific location is St. Rita and 77 Western in Chicago. You want less gun crime? Clean up the streets. Clean up the gangs.

Keep in mind that affordability increased at the beginning of the pandemic, so the impact of rising rates is more of a 'return to normal' -- but this is still pretty wild, and going to price many people out of the housing market. I believe the market will start to cool over the coming months, which is very much needed.

Wait a minute, is the state of Ukraine having an NFL Draft too?! Oh wait, no. That’s Americans hoisting Ukrainian flags at a NATIONAL AMERICAN EVENT — why isn’t it American flags? To be clear, I feel for the people of Ukraine, but the never ending funding of THEIR war, their corrupt government, and politicians is enough for me to call out this insanity. We have our own problems in America, why is Congress and Biden trying to send billions upon billions of dollars when we can’t even fix our own problems?! If you stand with Ukraine, good. Send them your money or go fight for them. Stop promoting the idiotic notion that American taxpayer dollars should be funding a foreign war.

As of the end of March, there were 950,000 homes on the market (active and unsold), equivalent to two months of supply at the current monthly sales pace.

A desirable level is about six months based on the historical level, so home prices are appreciating at a modest pace of 5%. At six months of supply, the inventory of homes on the market should be at 2.9 million, which means a shortage of about 2 million homes for sale.

According to LIFE, in 1954 more than 550 U.S. children under 15 were killed in accidents involving the careless handling of fi****ms. This situation shocked Indiana Conservation Officer Rod Rankin, who decided to offer a course in gun safety to any interested child in the county.

Rankin stresses two things: never point a gun at anybody, even in play, and always check immediately to see if the gun is loaded.

Hmmm what could the motive be? Ah, hate. Charge him to the fullest extent of the law. Let’s see how long the media talks about this. Remember, the Sacramento shooting was quickly removed from the news cycle once it came out that 1) the gun was already illegal so Cali’s strict gun control did nothing to stop it 2) he wasn’t white. It didn’t fit MSM narrative. Granted, color has nothing to do with it when it comes to us on the right: a crime is a crime and the criminal must be held accountable. The only people that stop talking about a crime is the media and the left when it doesn’t fit their narrative.

The Russian Ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, recently stated in an interview that the supplying of arms to Ukraine is on the verge of triggering direct conflict between the U.S/NATO and Russia.

In an interview with Newsweek, the Russian Ambassador claimed the west is provoking Russia. "We warn that such actions are dangerous," the envoy said. "They can lead the U.S. and the Russian Federation onto the path of direct military confrontation."

Underreported:
Video from Tapachula, Mexico shows migrants clashing with riot police who were deployed in an attempt to stop a migrant caravan from continuing their journey to the United States.

The news comes as Mexican authorities are experiencing an increase of migrants entering their country after the United States announced title 42 would be ending next month.

So what’s Title 42? Lets cut the bu****it and break it down real quick: Back in March of 2020 CDC director Robert Redfield invoked a World War II-era public health law that allowed border officials to swiftly deport migrants who entered the United States illegally. Title 42 gives the government “the power to prohibit, in whole or in part, the introduction of persons & property within the United States.” The Trump administration & CDC claimed this was necessary to stop the spread of COVID. Initially the order was enacted for 30 days & continued to be extended (even under the Biden administration). The CDC has announced Title 42 will be revoked in May.

What are Democrats and Republicans saying?

🔵Democrats: Almost all democrat lawmakers have called for the end of Title 42. The common message from Democrats is Title 42 is “anti-American, denies asylum-seekers due process, & is inhumane”. If Title 42 is terminated, most migrants could stay in the US instead of being deported. Democrats also say republicans are "hypocrites" for wanting COVID restrictions to end, yet demanding title 42 stay in place.

🔴Republicans: All republican lawmakers in the house & senate want the CDC & President Biden to extend Title 42. The common message from Republicans is that title 42 is a “deterrent” and without it in place the border will have an "explosion" of migrants illegally entering the US border. They also add that the border agents can barely keep up with the current situation and if title 42 is terminated there could be a “humanitarian crisis on the US border”

BREAKING NEWS:
Governor Greg Abbott has announced that migrants who’ve entered Texas illegally will be provided bussed out of the state and transported to the steps of the U.S. Capitol in Washington DC.

The Governor has ordered the Texas department of emergency management to carry out his order. The news comes as the southern border continues to see an increase of illegal crossings.

No reaction from the White House yet, more to come when available.

The General Staff reported that the state border in the Sumy region is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Ukrainian army says Russian forces have been driven out of the Zhytomyr region (northern Ukraine).

US Approves F-16 Jets Sale to Bulgaria , includes up to 8 F-16 C and D Block 70 aircraft, estimated cost of $1.6 billion

The US asks the UN General Assembly to exclude Russia from the UN Human Rights Council after the massacre in Bucha.
Linda Thomas-Greenfield, US ambassador to the UN, called Russia's membership in the organization a "farce".

Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in the next 2-3 days will start process of complete isolation from Russia and Belarus, thus closing their land routes for the delivery of goods to these countries This was stated by Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Mustafa Nayem.

US State Department supporting efforts to document Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine. An international team of prosecutors is heading to Ukraine to collect, preserve and analyze evidence that will hold Russia accountable.
