Today I went for an outdoor walk for the first time in a while, I gathered some forget me knots to press, and saw all the leaves blooming, this is a reminder to get out for a walk this week, spring is here and it’s beautiful 🌱

I look at these pics and can’t believe it’s actually me.

I used to have dreams and fantasize that I’d wake up with superwoman powers that gave me super fast metabolism and looked in the mirror and all the weight would be gone.

I feel like I’ve blinked, and it happened. Hard work, consistency and determination really pay off.

Mentally I’m so much better now too.

Swipe for more! It’s been over a decade since I’ve rock climbed, it felt amazing to challenge myself again.

For so many years I felt so restricted in my range of motion because of my weight, I felt held back from doing certain things because of the way my body would move and fold.

This week, I went on an expedition, I climbed this rock, I pushed myself and did things I never thought my body would be capable of doing again.

I’m free of the restraints and I’m excited to push myself as far as I can go 😊

This is what living feels like, and it feels Damn good.

I just finished a little 45 min outside weight lifting and decided to change into my bikini!

I wanted to show my tummy here sitting down, even with all this weight loss and consistency, my belly still has folds, I still have stretch marks, and I’ve grown to love them ♥️
