You see poverty is not a name to be associated with but same time we're and should be responsible for our actions when it's taken wrongly due to our fate of getting rich quick.

Emotional Healing is not an easy process,but it can be incredibly rewarding for many people and help them find clarify and inspiration in life beyond what ever it is they are healing from.
These are some questions you might want to ask yourself as you embark on your healing journey.
1. How is not Healing affecting your life?
2. What do you want your life to look like after you had healed?
3. If you woke tomorrow,how would you know you are healed?
4. Are you ready to heal?
5. Are you willing to sit through some discomfort in service of healing?
6. What will help you on your emotional healing journey?
7. How has not healing served you?
8. What can you do to make your healing journey gentle for yourself?

How do we remain hopeful in difficult times?

Difficult times are challenging periods because we feel as if they are going to last forever. Once we realise that our tough times will end, we can remain hopeful even in the most challenging time.

When we go through a challenging situation, we try to deal with it, but when we don't see it ending or start to feel weak, we also lose hope. We need to remember that life goes through different phases, and every phase ends in its own time.

Never lose hope, and never give up on life. Speak to your loved ones, seek support, and think of all situations you overcame; keep the faith and be patient. It will all end one day, and you will see a new sunrise.

Residents in shock as remnants of a decomposed body of a man were reportedly found in the bedroom of his house after four years in Apete, Ibadan.

It was learnt that the deceased (unknown identity) was reportedly seen by neighbours four years ago during one of his occasional trip to Ibadan from Port Harcourt in Rivers State where he resides at the time.

As at the time of filing this report, the cause of death is yet to be ascertained.

Residents told newsmen that non of the residents in the area knew about the incident until this week when the community decided to enter into the compound to cut the overgrown grass inside his compound which has become a haven for snakes and rodents.

It was g*thered that the Abokis who were contracted for the job of cutting the grass in the deceased compound were told to jump into the compound since the g*te of the house were locked from behind only for them to found out that the car of the house owner is in the premises and has been covered with grass.

According to eyewitness , after managing to cut down the bush , they peeped at the window of the building and saw the skeleton of the decomposed co**se on his bed with a phone in his hand.

Officers of the Oyo state police command are currently carrying out a comprehensive investig*tion into the incident.

BECAREFUL DEAR...

You can kiss a fool or be kissed by a fool but never allow a kiss to fool you. Always have a 2nd and 3rd look at every 1st impression. Those who mistake OIL FARM for OIL FIRM are already blaming themselves. There's nothing bad in falling in love but make sure you know where you're landing. Don't give your heart where only your body is required and don't build a house where you suppose to put a tent.

Never put a temporary person in the permanent position of your life. Of course when the heart is desperate for something the eyes and the brain become powerless. Be very careful what your heart desire because many heart desire can lead to life disaster. Is hard for anyone to sit on your back if you're standing on your feet. No one can waste your time without your consent.

A promise is nothing without commitment. Pay more attention to a person's actions more than their words and when actions contradict the words you're in the wrong place. Never allow your emotions to take over your thinking. Ignorance and endurance are never the same. Be honest with yourself.

Love is not a favor, never beg for it. Never beg for something you will need forever otherwise you will end up begging forever. Anything you acquire through begging may require begging to maintain. Of course, it's very hard to let go when you're deeply in love. But it's more painful and miserable to keep holding on when you have to beg and fight for love alone. You can never keep what you don't have.

Pray to GOD about your relationship but never ever use prayers where common sense is required. Once you realized that a relationSHIP is not taking you anywhere. Don't be the last person to leave....

History of Abuja

The land now called Abuja was originally the south-western part of the ancient Habe (Hausa) kingdom of Zazzau (Zaria). It was populated for centuries by several semi-independent tribes. The largest of the tribes was Gbagyi (Gwari), followed by the Koro and a few other smaller tribes. In early 1800'′s when Zaria fell to Fulani invaders, Muhammed Makau, fled south with some followers and his brothers- Abu Ja and Kwaka. Abu Ja succeeded Makau in 1825. The full name of the king was Abubakar, Abu was his nickname. By some accounts his fair complexion earned him the nickname Ja which means red or fair-skinned in Hausa. He became known as Abu-Ja meaning Abu the red or Abubakar the fair one. Other sources say that the Ja is a shortened form of lshaku Jatau, his father's name. King Abubakar founded the kingdom of Abuja.

Abuja became a major commercial center where goods were exchanged by long distance traders. The inhabitants successfully fought off the Fulani and were not conquered as the neighbouring lands were. In 1902, Abuja was occupied by the British colonial army The British reorganized the kingdoms and called them emirates which means kingdoms in Arabic. Until 1975, it remained a quiet part of Nigeria. The problems associated with the capital being in Lagos, led to the search for a new capital that year. Abuja was selected from amongst 33 possible sites. The criteria used for selection included: centrality, health, climate, land availability and use, water supply, multi-access possibilities, security, existence of resources, drainage, good soil, physical planning convenience and ethnic accord.

The Emir of Abuja at the time, Altai Suleiman Bara, was asked to meet with his Emirate Council to approve contributing four of the live districts to Abuja to become the new capital. The council was divided as some districts considered it too much of a sacrifice; but at the end, they approved the request from the Federal Government. Thus, the Abuja in Niger

An Idealist Urges Us

1. Not to keep foolish friends under the excuse that "No one knows tomorrow." They may not allow you to see that tomorrow, so be careful.

2. That marrying a lady with children doesn't mean you are a fool. A Fool is the biological father that ran away from his responsibility.

3. That if you want to go far in life, train your heart to accept disappointments, even if it comes from those you trusted. Because a disappointment may just be a chance to make amends.

4. That a friend who becomes an enemy after a little misunderstanding may have been an enemy all the while, and may have just been pretending. So be watchful.

5. That we should stop keeping clothes and shoes for special occasions; to wear them when we can because today, being alive alone, is a special occasion.

6. That if nobody is mocking or criticizing you, it means you are nobody; indeed no sane person throws stones at a fruitless tree. Continue to be fruitful.

7. That if you want to become useless in life, just depend on other people.

8. When you find out that, no one is correcting you, you shouldn't think you are perfect, you may just be spoilt beyond repair.

9. That no one should expect you to hate someone just because he hate him or her. HATE is not a communicable disease; let him suffer his hate virus alone; don't let him infect you.

10. Did you know that definitions of madness include increasing your speed when you seemed to have missed the road? Calm down and listen to reasons please.

Women are supposed to be treated like a queen because that is who they are. Every woman has an embodiment of beauty and values locking inside of her, only long sighted men can see that and take time to bring out the best in her.

She is not only meant to conceive alone but nurtured.

As a man, when you pray and you are not getting result, go and meet your wife to pray for you, I bet you, give it a day, you will see result. A woman is a mystery.

Don't overlook the power of a woman, she is called your helpmeet because she can actually help you. Start looking at your wife or your fiancee as someone who can help you because thats what she is. She can help your vision, your business etc.

Don't overlook her ability levels, she g*t capacity to handle many things at the same time, what you will achieve or do in one year, she will do that in 6month, because she can multi task.

She is influential. There are some jobs/company that needs ladies when it comes to marketing their product and brand, they believe that ladies have much influence to get their product to sell, but in the aspect of marriage, women can be so much influential.

Proverbs 31:23 Her husband is known in the g*tes, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
Because of her, her husband is known, that's the power of influence. They are so intelligent and smart. Please don't over look that aspect. A pastor once said he regretted not listening to his wife in taking a particular step, am not saying she should take over the home but if you go to her for counsel, she will render the best.
In conclusion, Marry someone who is ready to learn from you despite what she has learnt before. She is considered as humble and meek.

Marry someone that believes in herself as being virtuous and ready to impact her world with her hidden potentials.

Marry someone who treats you like a king and submit to your lordship.

How people treat you is never a personal attack on you, it's a reflection of what's happening inside of them.

When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception. You can never change another person.

You can however understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.

This does not mean be a door mat. Speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior, not the apology they may offer you.

I needed to use the toilet but I met it locked with a padlock.

You know how it could be when you're so pressed yet you couldn't ease yourself.

I'm sure some of you understand this better.

There was water right at the entrance of the toilet but it was totally useless since I couldn't access the main place.

While I was there wondering what miracle would help me unlock the door since I didn't have the key, someone who saw me and probably guessed what my predicament was asked, "What's wrong?"

"The toilet is locked and I'm pressed".

He looked at me and smiled.

Have you ever spoken to someone before and the person begins to laugh at something really bothering you?

That thing can be annoying.

Before I unleash my anger against that sarcastic laughter, I took a breath and hear him out.

"The door is not locked", he said as he smiled.

"Just pull the padlock and it will open by itself", he confessed.

Can you imagine?

I went straight to the same padlock that has threatened me before, pulled it and flung it open.

Wow! It was that easy.

Here is the lesson.

What if what you're afraid of is really nothing to be scared of?

What if the object of your fear is just an image that never really existed?

What if the door you thought was closed was never closed?

This is how the devil has limited many people with an illusionary idea.

Don't be afraid; start.

Chase that dream.

Some of you are afraid of failure.

So what if you fail?

You're not the first to fail. At least, you made a move.

The best way to fight your fear is to confront it.

In the bible, the lepers thought of the worse that could happen.

If they stayed in the city, they'd die of hunger. If they moved to the camp of the Syrian, they'd probably be killed too .

They decided to confront their fear.

They went straight to the Syrian camp, they found out that the soldiers had fled and there was food in surplus.

That was how lepers brought out the entire city out of famine.

Stand up and take that move
