As a child, I remember in school how good I feel when rewarded or recognised.However in this business era recognition and reward is tied to performance.

How do you plan to reward or Recognise your employees for the little things they do, the business impact they have made or unwaivering support or dedication.

Reward highperformance
Give gifts, token for the best sales person, best customer experience person, most hardworking etc

Recognise dedicated employees, most delightful employees, most punctual, most trustworthy employee

No matter how small you feel this is, it goes a long way to them, they see themselves as a part of the whole entity 😜

Since a few business leaders wear 3 hats 🤠 and can hardly differentiate between being a CEO,COO or CFO.

Well wearing 3 hats can be the hardest work 💪 for you. Thinking about the future for business continuity, putting the right operations in placeday to day or having the necessary blood( cash flow) to run the business. E no easy I 🙈 but kudos 😂 to all business leaders wearing 3 hats.
