Im NOT self made‼️

I want to have every flower in the garden…and some wine‼️

This woman despite her own pain and battles has shown me what it looks like to never fold, live with grace, and lean into pain to produce beautiful outcomes‼️

Because of her im now powerlifting and it feels like it’s the only thing keeping me sane sometimes‼️

If it wasn’t for this event I might not have ever been able to see her release and be comfortable being the star! I wouldn’t have met , , , , , and many others‼️

I wouldn’t have gotten to spend a life changing weekend with ‼️

Arrogance is an excuse…

If you have the self discipline to familiarize yourself with work, you’ll find peace where the arrogant find discomfort.

“Why should I have to do that?”

“I’ve showed you I can do it once, why do I have to keep doing it?!”

Imagine if you never stopped and thought about why you were the one they chose to take out the trash? You take out the trash every morning when you leave your house so when others ask you understand that the waste just needs to be disposed…it has nothing to do with your worth or lack there of!

Imagine if you made up your bed everytime you stepped out of it so when you go to bootcamp, it’s natural for you! You don’t think about why they want you to do it everyday and in a specific way!
