Sleeping disorder is a common scenario in this age of this civilisation. As we progresses to a uncertain dawn we realise that this disorder has been crawling in us slowly like a blissful poison that narrates our everyday live. 📱
I personally faced a couple of my teenage and early adult years sleeping at late nights and that if I could get back would pay a million dollar for those wasted times. It’s utterly surprising if we can analyse the parameters that hinders our sleeping schedule in this modern lifestyle. 😵💫
Let’s just dive into a conclusive observation and brief quick solutions that worked and still works for me till date.🔬
P.S - I am no doctor but an analytical environmental scientist who aspires to help others who are seeking it in the first place. Observations and experimentation on myself and the people around me to gave these results. Btw there are countless research papers available in relation to this topic. 🧬
