Adam is a 40 year old Caucasian Australian male, living in Cairns but originally from Adelaide, that works as a Provisional Psychologist, and also been known as a singer, music producer, DJ, skateboard coach, shop owner, lecturer, manager, father, motivational speaker, and all round general rad human!

Regroup is the concept of coming together and connecting with others. The logo is adapted from the universal symbol of empathy, where 2 halves of the same circle are reaching out to each other. Regroup was originally conceived of as a cyclone relief fundraising event in Far Northern Queensland, where artists, educators, musicians and community came together and connected in powerful ways. This podcast is an extension of that community. The hope is that will grow and be a platform for even greater inter connectivity with even greater numbers of people throughout the world. The aim is that we all come together to regroup as one.

Regroup is a long format podcast. What’s “long format”? It’s a podcast that is released unedited. It’s the entire recording of a discussion had over a few hours. Not just a quick sound byte for commercial broadcast, it’s a lengthy conversation about meaningful points of interest. One where nuances of personality, culture, and education can be clearly determinable by the audience. Higher exposure of flaws, higher degree of authenticity can be felt by the listener.
