patch up your wounds, and you’ll grow back even better than before. 🌼 i can’t believe it’s already march... i’m just checking in and thinking about intentions. i want to spread joy, and love, and make you laugh. creating makes me happy... but i struggle, there’s no getting around that. sometimes i go shoot and beat myself up because it doesn’t turn out, or it’s not as good as other creators’ work. i shot this concept three separate times and the day i finished editing i saw the same concept pop up on my timeline — i worried about if people would think i stole the idea — but in this last attempt, the thought wouldn’t leave me that i am my own unique and creative being. 🖤 it doesn’t matter what people THINK, it’s about what i KNOW. so don’t forget that. you are you, and that is enough.

1. asking for help. while it can be challenging, i’ve learned that allowing others to come alongside me in all my endeavors does nothing but GOOD!⁣
2. showing kindness to all people. we don’t know what someone is going through at any given moment, so why waste time being anything but kind?⁣
3. lifting each other up. support goes much deeper than telling someone “good job”. show them you support them, don’t just say it. ⁣

if i’m not actually sleeping, i’m day-dreaming about sleeping. 😂💤 *science lesson* my new pillowcases have fabric woven with antimicrobial silver! i learned silver carries a positive charge, and bacteria carry negative charge — so when they attract, silver breaks the bacteria cell walls and destroys it before it can reproduce... resulting in a pillowcase that stays really clean. i highly recommend trying this out, it has helped with my breakouts a lot. 🌟 general pro-tip: wash/switch out your pillowcase every other night!! our faces deserve a clean sleep surface. 🖤 @ Ventura, California
