I am SO excited to share that I’ll be a sponsor for this year’s Moonlight Madness 5K & Monster Mile Fun Run—my first ever sponsorship! 🌙🧟‍♂️

This race is special to me, because it was my first race ever back in 2015. Swipe to see a throwback + the only photo I have from last year’s run (where I was very newly pregnant and didn’t even know it)!

Back then, I had no idea then that this race would be the start of something I’d grow to love, and quite frankly need. Running has brought me joy, clarity, strength, and community—and this race is what lit the spark.

Cheers to 4 years with ! 🎉

I still remember when a co-owner reached out to me in 2021 about taking over their social media. With Camino playing such a huge role in my life from the first year it opened its doors to the present day—I had serious butterflies at the idea of partnering.

Fast forward to today and I’ve fallen even more in love with the company. The owners, Cary and Lisa, are just solid, kind, down to earth people with the best intentions in every action they take. They look after their crew, are loyal, have created spaces that welcome everyone, and think of others within the community daily.

They also take great pride in brewing the best coffee possible (shoutout to their talented coffee directors Ian and Kait), as well as producing quality, delicious baked goods (shoutout to their kitchen crew who starts their days at 3am to ensure we receive freshly baked goods daily).

It fills my cup to have been through so much together, and to have had the opportunity and privilege to be the one to share all of their news, seasonal menus, announcements, etc with you all over the past 4 years. I’m so looking forward to this next year together! 🧡

My family has been going to Little Richards since I was a baby, so this partnership feels pretty special.

Little Richard’s BBQ was founded in 1991 by Nick Karagiorgis and Gary Sizemore. Over the years, the Little Richard’s BBQ family has grown to five locations: Clemmons, Yadkinville, Mt. Airy, Walkertown, and Winston-Salem (Stratford Road)!

Now operated by the second generation of the Karagiorgis family, they are proud to still be family-owned and rooted in the same traditions and values that started it all. They’ve spent more than three decades perfecting the art of BBQ, smoking our pork low and slow over hickory for 16 hours. It’s a craft they take seriously and a tradition they’ll never compromise!

Their recipes, handed down through generations, stay true to their Lexington-style roots. From their signature vinegar-based “dip” to every rack of ribs, brisket, chicken, and sausage that comes out of the smoker, they are committed to preserving North Carolina’s BBQ legacy while offering something special for everyone!

Their “Bar-N-Que” (located in Winston-Salem on Stratford Road) represents the evolution of their business, featuring an expanded menu, a full-service bar, and private dining spaces. While this location brings fresh offerings, all of their restaurants remain grounded in the same values of quality, tradition, and warm hospitality 🐷

I’ve been at a loss for words the past few days over Helene wiping out a lot of WNC. Asheville specifically has always felt like home to me, and I feel absolutely gutted that so many areas I love have been wiped away. I am heartbroken for all the families, children, farms, animals, businesses and towns that lost everything.

In between my donations, and in the interim of lending my time and hands in the future, I’ve decided to offer one WNC business 1 free month of Social Media Management once their operations are back up and running.
