Sometimes it's ok to create alone. Other times it's ok to collaborate. There are no times when it should be strictly one or the other all of the time. Our industry offers so much and changes so quickly that, if you aren't careful, you could get swallowed up by it. Learn something about your craft from someone else. It could be virtually, in person, a class, a blog, vlog, video or whatever the recent for of communication is. You are not required to know everything so learn from others and apply it to what you do to see how or if it works for you.

Influence is real but not always truth. In our industry, it seems that the most popular wins. We know, however, that this game is about longevity and consistency (which is what most of us prefer). Before picking a DAW, get an understanding of how you plan to work and what your learning style is. Though all DAWs are not created equal, you need to pick the DAW that is best for YOUR workflow rather than picking the most popular or which one has the most influence.

What you hear and "how" you hear it can make a signifiant difference in your music across the board. A high quality pair of monitors, though often more expensive, will help you hear the details in what you are creating. A better sound will inspire you creatively, motivate your audio engineering ear and will help your stand out and feel present. Lesser costing monitors can mean lesser functioning parts that often lead to missing frequencies. Missing frequency=missing pro sound. Invest wisely!

This is a bi-lingual 7 song EP, of moon themed songs. Being a lover of the moon, Mosno came across the term "Selenophilia", which means someone who has a love of the moon, which he very much has. Using that as inspiration he connected with co-producer Maurice Carroll and 2 years later, this EP was released. It also includes his very first song ever in his native tongue, Arabic.
