Ukwuani Heritage Troupe present Egwu Uloko, Igelé and Amala Bu Uyor traditional Ukwuni dances at it's inaugural outing today, 10/12/23. The mission of this organisation, duly registered, is to resuscitate, reinvent, and perform and document Ukwuani dances, folklores, songs, drama and art in all their forms. Ukwuani Heritage Troupe is set to standardise ouri art forms and perform them in state houses and events they organise, represent Ndokwa in both state and national events and competitions, and aim to go international. We also aspire to collaborate with, sponsor, encourage and mentor groups with similar objectives both in Nigeria and in diaspora. This is therefore a call on all lovers of art in all its forms to join us, especially students in secondary and tertiary institutions. Express yourself, heed this call and join in.
