I genuinely didn't even know the coronation was today.
I don't have the time or energy today to address this with the full amount of spite it deserves, so this video will do. Big up Celtic!
#F**kTheKing
#AbolishTheMonarchy
All of that sh*t.
As for you people that support this regime...either you know, and don't care that:
- They are the largest criminal organisation in history
- They literally believe their incestuous bloodline makes them inherently better than you
- They destroy any concept of democracy by *literally* being exempt from the laws of the land
- They laugh in the face of record homelessness, poverty, starvation, and food bank use, whilst Charlie ain't even paying tax on the £2billion + he has just inherited
- They are about to crown this dude with stolen jewels, minerals, and resources, acquired through the bloodshed and genocide of Black and Brown people everywhere
- They are sexist, racist, classist, pedophile supporting elitists
- They are the epitome of the ultra-greedy, democracy-dodging, unelected-authoritarian, police-as-pets-and-weapons the UK is and always has been
...or you don't know, which is only possible in this age of information, if you have chosen not to know.
F**k you too.
Nearly 250 people will die of starvation today whilst you people prostrate and swear allegiance to that child "born to rule" over you.
This sh*t makes me sick.
The rain/hail stopped, so my mental health is back to sh*t, but it was nice while it lasted 😂
So, it's that time of year again, and the seasonal depression is real...
Whilst this applies to everyone, fellas, we know that our rates of going missing, homelessness, and suicide are disproportionately high (an understatement, to say the least).
Lack of support network, loneliness, pressures to provide for partners/family, financial issues, you name it...
I saw this video and just had to share it.
You're not alone.
My DMs are open (mental health, legal problems, and football are my exceptions 😅).
Look after yourselves this Christmas.
Hello again everyone! I know it's been a few days - to be honest last week just took it out of me and I needed the weekend. Still, we back and going again.
This compilation of clips is from a brilliant discussion I had with Chantelle Lunt of Merseyside BLM Alliance on her new podcast, the Black Socialist. We spoke at length about the state of Labour, a potential change in Tory leadership, the totalitarian Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts & Nationality and Borders bills currently being passed, and much, much more.
Please go have a listen, show some love and subscribe if you enjoy it.

(Before you ask, no, I'm not a socialist - taboo as it is - it's called an open conversation 😂)

Beating barristers at trial when you're not yet qualified has you like...
Yeah, you would think this was the first time (it's not) but I'm having a sh*tty December in a sh*tty 2021, so I'm sleep deprived and in my feelings. Even past the point of uploading an embarrassing video. What can you do...🤷🏾♂️
(Please do not take this seriously, it's not that deep lol).
Interview with Rachel Agorom Lloyd (Preview)
Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a good weekend.
With all the information that has come out of the Sarah Everard case (and the ridiculous, dangerous stances of both the police and government), I've been trying to formulate exactly what I wanted to say on the matter.
Then, I remembered a conversation I had about 6 months ago.
At the time, I was in a down period, didn't post it, then new things came up, more excuses, and the longer I waited the more it compounded the mistake and increased my anxiety over posting. I f'd up. This clip(s), speaking about events is just as relevant now as it was then, and I should have put it out there because it needs to be heard.
Rachel Agorom Lloyd was an *incredible* guest. I asked what the biggest challenges facing her as a woman in the world right now were, and this is part of what followed. I'm sure you'll agree, it really shows the importance of elevating women's voices and supporting however we can.
Please, have a watch, show some love and look out for the full interview (which, is way overdue) that I'll be posting tomorrow.
Puppies are good for your mental health.
Took a week off.
Caught some (more) countryside. Plenty of rum and ginger beer. Saw some puppies.
Puppies are good for you.
No, seriously, puppies do wonders for your mental health.
This cutie is a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Listen to that thunder though 😍
Listen to that thunder though 😍
It's legitimately crazy how much the weather affects my mental health. Today I've been anxious, agitated and subdued...then after a bit of stormy weather, I'm bouncing off the walls and dancing around.
I cannot wait for summer to be over. Neither can my mental health 🙄⛈ Oh, and ignore the dirty window, another reason I need rain 😂
Celebrating Women's History Month: In Conversation With Lara Fides Virrey
As promised, we are back again, with Episode 2 of "In Conversation With", featuring another star, Lara Fides Virrey!
With our guest being one of the most well educated people I know, there's perhaps no surprise that we dive into education (from primary to PhD), in addition to women's movements/social justice and the importance of feeding back into our communities.

In light of the recent Atlanta terrorist attacks and overall rise in anti-Asian hate crime, Lara has further recommended some organisations fighting racism and supporting vulnerable people, particularly within the East and South East Asian community, please do check them out!
