Aaron Rodgers is steeply declining as a football player for the 3rd straight year. Despite the team's success, he is physically incapable of rising above the level of the team to win big games. He was always a QB that consistently relied on mobility in and out of the pocket to extend plays and throw downfield. A master of the "chunk plays". He no longer has that ability and his deficiencies as a pocket passer are starting to show. While the arm strength is still above average, teams are now pushing the pocket and limiting his throwing angles and timing. Although, his receiving corps is young, they are athletic and fairly quick. But AR12's predictability and lack of versatility severely limit their ability to run deeper routes. He's never gotten the criticism other QBs have gotten even though he has constantly failed in thr playoffs for reasons that have now intensified in recent years. There are only so many slants and drags receivers can run before defense lay on those routes and start getting pressure. QBs have to be able to push the team downfield with arm strength and play extension. AR12 is a statue for most of the game and honestly does not look 100% committed to the team goals either, because of his struggles. He took the money though and the Packers are on the hook.

Come on....now the national media is saying that LeBron should sit for the remainder of the season. Now, all of a sudden, he's not 100% and its not his fault. Now, they should pack it in and drop out of the playoff race. I've never heard such cowardice and ridiculousness for a so-called GOAT. Why should he be excluded from laying in the bed he made? Everyone else before him had to. I hear the most egregious insults on Harden, but this would be 3rd of LeBron's 4 seasons in LA that ended horribly. And he already shut it down on the young players in 2019 after publicly declaring "playoff-mode activated". All those players have been traded and have excelled since leaving LA too. This is a disaster, despite that bubble gum ring against players who didnt want to play. He gutted the team's assets and played GM all the way into the tank. Make him play out the string. Stop making excuses. Go out on your shield the Laker way.
