𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳?

When speaking to people, are you trying to not come across as "too much" or are you able to step into the genuine you, the most powerful and authentic version of you?

I've been in the first category most of my life, even though I have not actually always succeeded (I'm me after all). But that is ending right now. I'm done doing things to please others. I'm stepping into my power. My being.

That doesn't mean that I will only think of myself and not others, the opposite is actually true!

I cannot help others as I desire to do if I don't let myself be wholeheartedly me and nothing else.

The saying of fill your own cup first is not just bu****it, it's true!

You cannot pour anything into another being if you are not nourished both physically and emotionally.

So what do you choose?
Are you choosing to do what others expect and are comfortable with or are you being true to yourself and doing what's right for you?

Are you triggered by what I'm saying?
Good! Sit with that feeling, let it move through you.

What does the feeling stem from on a deeper level?

Hurt? Anger? Insecurity? Whatever it is, it is alright.

Your feelings are valid, and so is mine.

The most important thing is what you choose to act on. Are you acting out of fear and anxiety or out of love and compassion? Maybe both?

Do what feels right for you, not just in this moment but to actually move you towards what you want from life.

I choose joy, happiness, compassion & trust.

I miss my animals, but I know they're doing great! But oh my, what a weekend it has been. Worth every penny and all the energy!! 💥

This is a part of my vision. To be able to do things like this, attend events to upgrade myself, my vision, and my mission. And then come home to implement everything I've learned, to support myself and others on the path to my dream.

My step on this path today looked like spending all day sorrounded with animals.

That's exactly what I needed.

After talking things through a while I got that feeling, the feeling of "There it is! There is my core!" My purpose. My why.

Don't forget to breathe and feel your feelings. That's a thing I just catched myself doing. As soon as you notice the fact that you're running from your own processes, take action and take some time just for you. Sit with it for a while, if that's difficult, reach out to that person you know will always be there for you when they can. Let go, surrender, release ✨

🎯 My focus is just that, focus.
I'm concentrating on structure to get as much out of my time as possible. But being strict with yourself isn't something I always advocate for.

Because I want and need that extra structure and discipline for a limited time to launch myself forward on multiple fronts simultaneously.

A powerful story and some powerful questions.

I wasnt sure if I would make it home on time, but even if I hadnt, that is the great thing about working online, you can do it wherever you are. You just have to have some cell service and then your ready to go.

I really havent talked enough about that kind of freedom.

That was actually one of the reasons I started to do this work. I wanted to be able to live my life like I prefer it, with a lot of time out in nature. With this business I am able to do that! I can capture moments whenever inspiration hits, I can do the dos in the pockets of my time and I create new connections to likeminded people. Really, it seems like a no-brainer. Of course this is the path for me to both create more and experience the freedom I already have!
