In and Out relaxation. This is not a channel. This is a journey. A journey, sadly, most of us have forgotten where it starts.
This journey used to start on the road to nowhere, now this road always leads somewhere, somewhere, but not over the rainbow, but rather under it, where everyone is busy doing anything but give a chance to the self, to give a chance to self discovery. Now, we still do discover, but not the self, anything but the self. The self, for all of us, nowadays, is just a reflection, a bad reflection, the kind of reflection that shatters the light in millions of bright shiny photons on its way to our eyes. And all we do, we look away.
Now this journey starts here. So please start your journey to meditation, self-discovery and relaxation. Leave everything else behind. This moment is, and should be, just about the You in You.
