We are very proud that young actress Kiri Flaherty, who starred in PADDY Short Film, will soon be seen in the the upcoming Apple TV+ comedy series 'The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin'. We are excited to see Kiri in her new role.

David McDonagh discovered the art of photography and how it opened a whole new world for him. Now David wants to help his brother Kaylen explore the medium of photography in the hope that Kaylen will benefit, as he did.

The brilliant Roisin Kearney will be honoured at the Boyne Valley International Film Festival next Saturday as Film Maker in Focus.

You can catch a screening of PADDY Short Film alongside a programme of shorts that Ró has worked on.

We are delighted to feature ROISIN KEARNEY as our first Film Maker in Focus. Roisin has worked in theatre, film and TV for over 20 years. Her writing career started when asked to rewrite female characters for pilots produced by RTÉ in the mid 90’s and since has worked on a number of short films as producer, writer and director including The Family Way (writer/producer), No Dogs (writer/director) Algorithms (writer/director), Prodigy (producer) We Have Each Other (producer). The Ferry (co-producer) and RUN (writer/director) premiered at Galway Film Fleadh ‘19 and are now touring festivals worldwide, while PADDY (Director) premiered at Galway Film Fleadh ’20. She is associate producer on new format children’s show Gamer Mode which will air on RTE2 shortly.

At 3.30pm on Saturday 13th August we'll be screening five of Roisin's short films at Droichead Arts Centre, Stockwell Street;
