for few Important things this Ramdhan.

1)* Fajar Namaz Timings to be fixed at Earliest in the month of Ramdhan, so that it becomes easy to wakeup early for Tahajjud Prayers and those who wake up early and feel need of rest, can get some time to have rest after prayers.

2)* There Should be Minimum 8 - 10 Minutes Gap between Iftaari and Magrib Salah Standing Time, so that everyone can have Iftaari properly without being Rushing to the Masjid and missing the Iqaamat and Rakaat of Magrib Prayers. In certain places, People offer their Iftaar at Home and then Run
towards Masjids with the fear that they may not miss the Rakaat. This time can be checked in order to have Iftaar with patience and at ease.

3)* Dim down the lights to the lowest Possible level (Minimum Need, but not dark ) during Taraaweeh Prayers, Doing such will not make you feel sleepy during Taraaweeh. Keep only a few bulbs light on for needfull requirement, that too from Opposite side of the Eyes /Face. By doing so, it will also help us to focus more on listening Quran carefully during Taraweeh . It will help a lot InnshaAllah.

4)* Avoid Bringing Fireeni, Halwa and Other Eatables Inside Masjid, It takes lot of time and sometimes creates chaos and noise also. If you want to distribute anything , you can pack and distribute it at the end of prayers at exit gate, while people are leaving for home. It will also keep Masjid Neat and Clean and avoid noisy atmosphere inside Masjid.

However, Incase of those Masaajids, Where proper arrangement of Iftaar is done, it will be highly appreciable to lay down piece of cloth (Dastarkhwan with an intention of Sunnat) before distributing any Food, Drink or any other eatables so as to avoid little pieces of food lying down on the floor.

5)* Request Everyone not to use harsh words / Misbehave / Beat the Kids, if they do any mistakes inside the Masjid. After all KIDS ARE Kids. Kids do mistake, it is our responsibility and such to teach them Good Manners and Ettiquetes. Remember, if today, they will be far away from Masjid, they will never come again.

6)* Use of Loud Speakers Should be monitored Properly. The volume and Use of Loud Speakers should not irritate / Disturb the nearby residents. It is an important thing, which should be used properly. Besides during Namaaz, Azkaar, It is always suggested and advised by Elders to use Loud Speaker within the perimeter of the Masjid rather than making it public and loud full. For Better and Audible Listening of Quran within Masjid, An additional Room Speakers / Hall Speakers can be installed inside Masjid for listening Qirat-e-Quran Carefully.

7)* Ensure that No body keeps the shoes / Chappals on the main entrance gate in haphazard and disturbed manner, as this is one of the worst expression of indiscipline near the house of Allah. Ensure there are proper Shoe Racks placed, so as to Keep Shoes properly and in disciplined way. It has been observed that when shoes are left in haphazard manner, there is higher chances of others shoe coming under general public feet and makes feet dirty and dusty and possibly sometimes others Sleepers (Chappal) Coming under others feet.

There are few more important things, which I will update here Shortly.

Jazaakallaahu Khaira
Regards
Abdul Rouf Khan
Remember your brother in your Prayers.
