Overnight Stay at Qi Wellness Tagaytay
I have reached 500 followers! Thank you for your continued support. I could not have done it without each of you. 🙏🤗🎉
First time to travel to Vietnam!
We tried the famous gyukatsu restaurant, Gyukatsu Motomura. They have multiple branches in Japan and we went to their Ueno branch.
Let’s eat Unlimited Hot Pot!

Angel Hair Garlic Pasta with Air Fried Salmon
Angel Hair is easier to cook than other pasta simply because it cooks faster. And it's my favorite type of Pasta.
I did an Aglio Olio recipe but loaded with garlic.
For the Salmon, I marinated them in lemon, salt and garlic. And Air Fried for about 8-10 minutes at 200°C with butter on top.
Easy prep meal 😋
Beef Pepper Rice
For this fried rice, I used a recipe taught to me by my mom. This was based on the fried rice from a Japanese restaurant we used to frequent when I was young.
It only has 9 ingredients and it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook. It tastes similar to the fried rice we used to eat. This can be paired with other food like Tempura or Karaage, but can also be eaten as is.
I'll upload the ingredients in another post along with a video.
10/10 (this is my go to rice meal if I can't decide what to cook or if I'm feeling homesick since my work takes me far from home)
Chicken Teriyaki
I based it on this recipe: https://cafedelites.com/teriyaki-chicken-recipe/
This is very easy to cook and can be partnered with rice or pasta or even put in a salad. I cooked mine without the vegetables since I'm storing this for later. I partnered this with fresh shredded cabbage and sesame dressing.
For a few ingredients, you can really make a tasty meal.
9/10
Aglio Olio
I based mine on this recipe: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/222000/spaghetti-aglio-e-olio/
Aside from Brown Rice (or White Rice😉) I usually partner my prep meals with this. It's very easy to make! It would only take you about 20 minutes for the whole process.
Since it's a simple oil based pasta, you can partner it with almost anything. (I partnered mine with meal prepped Chicken Teriyaki 😋)
I cook in small batches to avoid spoiling before I consume them as they only last about 3 days.
Also it's easy to reheat the pasta in the microwave (about 20-30 seconds).
Honey Garlic Salmon with Veggies
Storing the other piece of Honey Garlic Salmon for later. I'll be pairing this with brown rice instead of Aglio Olio which I did with the other one.
Honey Garlic Salmon
I based my recipe from this website https://cafedelites.com/easy-honey-garlic-salmon/
I added mixed veggies cause a certain someone always reminds me to include them in my meals. :P
Review: I like that the sweetness of the honey an sourness of the lemon fights in your mouth. It's like you can't decide which tastes supreme and you eventually take another bite to decide until you run out of salmon to eat :)) I think it's best to be eaten with plain rice or simple oil based pasta (which is what I did).
8/10 - mostly because I really don't prefer sweet viands but this is good :)
