There is an application going through Rocky Hill TPZ to possibly bring a dispensary to the old Tomato Joe’s location on the Silas Deane.
The application will be reviewed during a meeting on July 24th at 6:30.

The old Masonic Temple at 245 Main Street Old Wethersfield has SOLD to new owners who plan to use the already approved plans to bring a brewery to this iconic location.
This will be completely redeveloped by the owners but they are looking for an existing brewer to operate it.
Nick Roman and Michael Guidicelli gave props to Gioia Zack from The EDIC who was paramount to making this happen! We love Gioia too! 🤩

CAVA Newington is set to officially open for regular operations this Friday with a Community Preview event scheduled for Thursday (must register for Thursday event).
The restaurant will host their neighbors for a free meal and will also match donations guests make to Food Rescue US.
Thursday hours are 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

It will be in the Linden by Larissa Lake space (they will be by appt only at Larissa’s salon until they move to new space).
This new business is owned by Larissa and her husband, Antonio, and is a great accent to Lenoci’s Italian Kitchen next door.
They are aiming to OPEN by June 1st!

Sora My Way is a new, authentic Italian restaurant NOW OPEN at 446 Silas Deane Highway just past Gordon Bonetti Florist.
The owner is originally from Sora, Italy where his family owns a restaurant. He learned how to cook authentic Italian from them. 🇮🇹
Everything is fresh and made from scratch each day.
Love their fun new interior and can’t wait to stop in and try!

The store is two levels of gorgeousness and includes the first of its kind attraction on CT.
An 80 by 30 foot next level 9K LED screen greets you at the entrance and will be the backdrop for Sally’s Apizza (expected to open April 2024).
The store is legit stunning and will open December 15th. Get there!
