My memory of crotons are my mom was a big fan of these and filled my garden with them. I have only one croton but I’m definitely getting more and also try propagating these. These plants are a bit tricky with care.
As the name suggests, needy needs all the attention, I think she secretly knows I like her more than the other varieties, she’s also the most vibrant plant I have.

philodendron domesticum / spade leaf philodendron.
Something about the shiny, smooth and green-ness of these leaves always puts me in a great mood.
The price of these vary between Rs.200 and Rs.350 depending on the size, how bushy is it and how big the leaves are.
My mom always tells me to buy a baby plant so it can come home and grow, makes sense.
Repot these beauties only when you can see the roots grow through the pot. If you find soggy leaves, you’re overwatering the plant and if they turn yellow and brown, you’re under watering them. Always go by feel 💁🏾♀️

The hanging plant in my videos that you all ask about is this one only, and his name is Mani.
Mani is my favourite money plant I have because I truly believe he can sense my presence at home.
I also prune mani once in 15 days just so he can grow faster and healthier, and try to propagate the cuttings in fresh pots, saraku bottles or plastic bottles - they add a classic touch to any place.

It’s a really vast subject but has only one straight forward method - keep at it. People ask how I stay motivated, I don’t, some days I’m motivated because of my body, some days because of Instagram views, likes and validation, some days because my trainer will kick my ass, and some days I have zero motivation, but I never give up, because discipline beats motivation for me. You can’t say you have no motivation to brush your teeth right? Or shower? Or eat? Because it’s a part of your life, likewise, when you want to do something, whether it’s workout or a hobby, make it a part of your life. 💪🏾
1. Stay consistent
2. Do it for a god amount of time
3. Record your thoughts
