We’ve been teasing it for a while now and it’s finally time to announce our next Games day!

→ Saturday 26th November
→ 4 Person mixed teams (2F&2M)
→ 9am - 4.30pm
→ Members and non-members welcome
→ 4 workouts (announced from 6 weeks prior)

Tickets will go live on Teamup at 7pm on Friday 7th October (last time they sold out in less than twenty minutes so make sure you move fast if you’d like to get involved!). 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

It would be great to see some fresh faces this time around, especially if you had FOMO at the last Games in June or are new to the gym! 🤩

This will be especially great for anyone who needs something to motivate them as we head towards the end of the year. If you don’t have a team then drop us a message and we can hook people up as I’m sure many will be in a similar position. 🙌🏻

As always the awesome and .media will be behind their cameras 📷 documenting the day, we will have back making sure everyone’s well fuelled 🍕 plus other treats and it’s set to be another really epic day!

Our volunteers were incredible last time around; if you’d rather be on the other side of the competition floor judging or helping out (and want free pizza) then we’d be so grateful if you could some spare us some time! 🙏🏻
