Our founder Randy Rush was interviewed by Joseph Brean at the National Post last week about the dark side of winning the lottery—don't get us wrong, it's mostly all good! But the white-collar crime that Rush suffered after his big win—at the hands of people he considered friends—took both a financial and emotional toll that most people, sans $50 million to help cover attorney fees and long, drawn-out lawsuits, may struggle to weather alone. That's why he founded Rantanna Media: to help shine a light on white-collar crime and fight back for those who've suffered from white-collar crimes, frauds and cons, and are unable to pick up the torch themselves.

To date, more than 100 victims of serial con-artist Jeremy and Amy Crawford have connected with our founder, Randy Rush, to share their stories of financial and emotional devastation.
Recently, the Crawfords targeted a clothing brand for severely disabled people after the brand declined to work with their online marketing company.

Our founder Randy Rush, launched Rantanna Media after being swindled out of $4.6 million by self-proclaimed and host of , serial con-artist Jeremy Crawford.
At the time, Jeremy's father was one of Randy's closest friends—Randy never thought he or his son would be capable of such criminal intent.
But Randy soon discovered who Jeremy really was—a practiced con man posing as an entrepreneur with a documented history of white-collar crime spanning more than two decades.
While Rush was able to seek legal recourse and recover much of his losses, the case made national news. Soon many other Crawford victims began reaching out, sharing their stories of financial and emotional devastation at Jeremy’s hand.
The site www.JerCrawFraud.com provides documentation of court cases and investigations evidencing Crawford’s crimes and the court proceedings brought against him and his wife, Amy Crawford. All documents provided on the site are in the public record.

It's World Book Day, and we’re excited to announce that we recently released Bloodsuckers: The life and cons of Jeremy and Amy Crawford (and the rest of the Crawford Clan), an exposé on the serial con-artist Jeremy Crawford and his family (published March 3, 2020).
In Bloodsuckers, author Randy Rush, working with a team of researchers – documents the Crawfords' twenty-year crime spree ranging from identity theft to embezzlement to securities fraud.
The book is based on more than a hundred interviews, countless hours of research and thousands of pages of meticulously documented records kept by victims who have held onto them over the years – hoping that the information would one day take the Crawfords down.

A 'disturbing' new study by the Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) has found that white-collar crime prosecutions are down... Drastically.
"White-collar and corporate prosecutions are at their lowest point in modern U.S. history. Never has white-collar crime gone so ignored," according to the report, which was released last month.
TRAC has been cataloguing data on white-collar crime since the late 80s.
Recent figures indicate that prosecutions were down by 25% in January 2020 from the same time five years prior—with the U.S. Justice Department successfully prosecuting only 359 cases that month.

Rantanna Media was born out of a quest for justice by Founder Randy Rush, who found himself the victim of a $4.6 million con within months after winning Canada’s $50 million Lotto Max jackpot.
Because Rush had the money to hire top attorneys and launch a gruelling eight-month civil court battle, he was able to recoup sixty percent of his money.
But, he was disgusted to learn that so little is done in the criminal justice system to stop white-collar criminals.
When he discovered that at least a hundred other people had fallen prey to the same con artist who had taken him, he knew he had to act.
Rantanna Media is a mission-driven publishing and production company that is committed to shining the public spotlight on white-collar crime and other social injustices that need to be addressed.
We specialize in telling true stories with a three-fold mission.
First, we want to give victims of white-collar crime a voice by ensuring their stories are heard.
Second, we want to expose criminals and these con artists to the world in order to prevent them from continuing to prey on hurting anyone else.
And finally, we want to ignite a movement that forces the criminal justice system to address the gaps that allow these crimes to go unpunished.
Rantanna Media recently released Bloodsuckers: The life and cons of Jeremy and Amy Crawford (and the rest of the Crawford Clan), an expose on the serial con-artist Jeremy Crawford and his family (published March 3, 2020).
This summer, Rantanna Media will release 13 Billion to One, the memoir of author, lotto winner and Rantanna Media founder Randy Rush, on June 24, 2020. The story recounts his "rocket ship ride through outer space" experience winning the $50 million Canadian lottery, and then being talked into investing nearly $5 million in a scam tech startup spearheaded by Crawford, who happened to also be his best friend's son.
It was this experience that pushed Randy to become an advocate and lead the charge against white-collar crime. While he had the resources to pursue litigation (and won!), in so doing he discovered so many other victims of Crawford and his family who didn't have the same ability to take legal action. This was the impetus for Rantanna Media, under which Randy will publish stories from other victims of injustice and white-collar crimes, shining a light on the criminal activity that is still woefully under prosecuted both in the US and Canada. The next book, An Axe to Grind, is due to be released sometime this coming fall.
