We decided to do something a little different for y'all and do a tour of one of Pittsburgh's most famous landmarks: Mt Washington.
And being that it's a "Kyle and Gwen day," it of course has to be 90 flipping degrees out!

Hey y'all heyyy!!!
Today we're off doing some farming with our girl, Gwen Wright!!!
Only thing is, we're not farming crops! We're farming houses!

Gotta tell ya folks, sometimes, being a real estate agent is always glamourous. Getting all sweaty in the 90+ degree heat isn't exactly my definition of fun, but doing it with a good friend certainly always helps.

We've been trying to get Gwen in an episode for sooooo long. FINALLY it's happened!!!

One word: Diva. Diva. Diva.
This is HANDS DOWN the best episode yet. Featuring one of our favorite diva's, THE Pittsburgh Property Diva herself, Lauren Klein!!!

So so so much fun in this episode.
Your boy (moi, obviously) was tasked with baking cookies for the office cookout. And who better to help a diva than a fellow diva!

Lots of people were doubting whether or not I actually made these cookies. Well now, there is no doubt! I also got ON FILM the diva washing dishes!!! Can you believe that???

Recipe (in case you want to follow along)...

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 sticks of room temperature butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups Chocolate Chips

Steps...
Preheat oven to 375Β° F
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.

Welcome to week 15.
This week we're headed over for a visit in the North Hills office to pick up my brand spanking new iPad. While we're there, we of course have to say "hey girl hey" to John and Cheryl! We know them, we love them. Don't worry, they'll definitely appear in more episodes in the future.
Then just like clockwork, we've got an open house to do. A very interesting one at that...with MANY colors in it.

But definitely stayed tuned for Monday's new episode. The return of "Cooking with Kyle" and our first full length episode guest star will be joining me to bake cookies!

We're kinda taking a break from the real estate in this week's video. Instead, we're headed into the kitchen! This should be interesting since Kyle doesn't particularly like cooking. Buttttt, the magic of the movies is all over this episode!!!

Ok look, I know it's not actually open house #140. BUT, we have done a lot of them and the house number was 140. (I know what you're thinking, "clever." I got one thing to say to that: I KNOW RIGHT!)

My lovely fan makes another appearance with my sparkle mask and red and black ensemble. Just an ensemble made it heaven.
Not everything is always super busy in real estate, such as in this video. But this ain't a fake show folks! That's why I call it a reality show so we can get this real content!
