Elevator Pitch Productions (EPP) is excited to announce NOCTILUCA, filming in Jacksonville, Florida, next month!

In NOCTILUCA, a violently abused young girl is desperate for rescue, yet undiscerning protective agents cause her cries for help to remain unheard.

The short is written and directed by Celina Igwe of San Antonio, Texas. NOCTILUCA is the fifth short film in less than a year for Celina, with previous films winning a combined total of 30 awards at varying film festivals across the globe, including Best Director and Best Short Film.

"Elevator Pitch Productions was founded with the goal of enabling San Antonio creatives," said EPP CEO and Founder Daniel Tucker. Celina embodies the trailblazing creative spirit of San Antonio, and we’re excited to show her work to the world."
