New Episode with Charles Giltrow

On this episode I was joined by Charles Giltrow. He opened up about his life with Osteogenesis Imperfect type V and the challenges he has faced. His O.I has resulted in countless surgeries throughout his life but has not dampened his spirit. Charles's body may be fragile but his outlook is not! He bodyboards at the local breaks, is an excellent photographer and works for himself.
On top of all this Charles is set to release two books which we discuss alongside his ability to maintain such a positive outlook on life.

Finally had the chance to record a new episode!

Today I was joined by the open, honest and brave Kate Sharp.

Kate Battled Anorexia when she was younger and opened up about her own journey & recovery. She also has a 3 year old with her husband Matt. After being totally open about her battle we spoke about her career teaching children with learning difficulties, Post Natal Depression and her family life.

I also want to say how grateful I am for Kate joining me today and being prepared to be honest about her personal struggles.

Finally uploaded part 2/3 with Zac. I have hesitated with this episode as a particular topic came up. We touched on past and ongoing racism that has happened in Zac's life which (I guess to ignorance) surprised me. After listening to back to the episode I wanted to make sure he was happy for it to go out.
