Dr. Nicole Fuscaldo is our new Director of Marketing and Acquisitions!

Nicole Fuscaldo is a dynamic individual with a diverse background, holding a PhD in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from the University of Texas, a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University, and a B.A. from Southern Illinois University in Rehabilitation Services. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her professional endeavors primarily focus on empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential. She lends her expertise in legal settings and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nicole's passion lies in the world of literature. An avid reader and enthusiast of all things bookish, she actively engages with authors as an alpha, beta, and ARC reader/reviewer. Nicole's literary interests span a wide range, from her deep-rooted fascination with Plantagenet/Tudor history to her love for historical fiction across various epochs, high fantasy worlds, along with an emerging interest in thrillers.

Nicole's dedication to literature extends beyond solitary reading; she enjoys engaging with authors and fellow book lovers. Her journey into the world of books has led to unexpected connections and friendships, such as her bond with Adrienne, which began when she stumbled upon Adrienne's book on Kindle Unlimited. This chance encounter blossomed into a close friendship, complete with shared holidays and cherished memories.

In addition to her professional and literary pursuits, Nicole is a devoted mother to five remarkable children. One of her children's notable talents includes memorizing Anne Boleyn's death speech, a skill that was proudly showcased in a third-grade classroom performance. She thinks her husband is pretty cool. Changes are afoot here at GreyLondon Press!

I am incredibly excited to formally take over the reins as CEO of this humble small press I cofounded back in 2022. As with many businesses, partnerships change and evolve. Though Sandra is no longer with GLP, we wish her the best of luck.

I am inordinately proud of what we have accomplished over the last two years. We've had a few best-sellers, made it to the finals of the Chanticleer Reviews Chaucer Award, reached nearly ONE MILLION pages read through Kindle Unlimited, and released SIX books!

It's been an incredible ride.

And there is more to come.

More books. More authors. More eras.

We love the Tudors, but there is an entire world of history out there, just waiting to be shared.

In my next post, I'm going to introduce the newest member of the family. Nicole Fuscaldo and I go way back, all the way back to the publication of my first novel almost a decade ago. This woman is incredibly driven and passionate about history and books. She is also a successful Bookstagrammer! You can follow her at .

Kleio was one of the nine muses of Ancient Greece. In the Classical era, when the muses were assigned specific literary and artistic spheres, Kleio was named Muse of History. Her name was derived from the Greek verb kleô: "to make famous" or "celebrate."
