A sack(Gunia) I have put soil in it then planted original mango seeds which I've got from an original mango tree in our countryside farm in Kiandundu village, Kithimu location, Embu county, Kenya.This is a easier method when it comes to watering and maintenance of a seedling as compared to planting in the ground .Planting in the ground is harder when it comes to watering and maintenance of a seedling.

This is how a bean plant looks like when it is mature.Its pods turn red and it's leaves turn yellow.When you see the pods turning red it means the beans are
ready for eating.
Later as the bean plant continues to mature it's pods turn from red to cream colour .This signifies that the bean plant is very mature.
Beans are legumes thus provide proteins in a meal.
The bean plant's leaves are edible thus making a nice vegetable in a meal .

Cassavas I've grown, congratulations to me and God for enabling me.
Cassava grows underground making it a tuber.
Cassava is a highly nutritious tuber providing alot of energy if you eat it.
Cassava plant's leaves are edible, providing fibre/roughage when you eat them.
So cassava plant is a double advantage plant providing starch and fibre/roughage.
If you want to be strong and enriched cassava plant is the crop/plant.
Trust me I have been enjoying cassavas and cassava plant's leaves,they are heavenly.
