ADDICTION
Co***ne, he**in, pills, p**n, sugar 😳Yup I said it… SUGAR. I know all the others have a nasty stigma surrounding them but SUGAR is addictive and nasty!
🍎 I’m not talking about fresh fruits, veggies, and Whole Foods which provide fiber, antioxidants, and other dietary factors that reduce that sugar urge. I’m talking about refined processed sugar.

Sugar bad…really…why…

Look at your labels!
SO many foods and drinks have added sugar. Manufactures of processed food have 1 thing in common…they need reoccurring customers so they can make money. They don’t need healthy consumers, they need returning customers. What better way than to add something addictive.
Continuing to eat and drink items that you know is not best for you is not entirely your fault.
