😤😤Don't buy Tazaki knife in unofficial website!! Be careful
With more 20 years working as a chef, my own standards for knives are very strict🤔. During to trip to attend The World Master Chef, I'm very glad that many colleguages told me his Japanese cutting tools. I'm truly surprised by how sharp and solid the knife is. Chopping, cutting or slicing any kind of bones, meat, or vegetables is so easy! Handles are firm because of forging manually by the most skillful blacksmith.
Then I have recommended it to many of my trainees, but how annoying, they bought fake items. It's blunt and even has some rusted iron.
