Ticket prices are back to simply $10 per person. It doesn't matter if you come with one person in one car for $10, or 5 people in one car for $50. It is now $10 per person. You can buy online or at the gate, but with Covid tracing, it will save you a lot of time buying online.
We have now also introduced a VIP spot you can buy for $30 (includes car and driver). This gets you a reserved spot in the showcase area around the trade stands and food, and your car is eligible for the trophies that night.
With larger capacity, we will be changing the layout as well, with the trade stands and food in the middle, with showcase around it.
No theme, welcome to all makes and models and people of all ages!
With a larger event we will have more food trucks and a revised layout with the traders, food and invitational showcase cars in the centre of the pits.
End of Month Meet is a place to park and up and socialise with your car in a private, safe and legal location.
We will have trophies, giveaways and be filming and taking photos on the night for coverage on our channel and social media outlets.
This event is run as a COVID safe event with contact tracing.
We will have sanitiser at all trader and food outlets and in the restrooms. Face masks will also be available.
Please not that abusive or hoon behaviour will not be tolerated. A staff member will be at the exit recording all cars leave. Footage of any hoon behaviour will be given to police. The person in a high vis vest with a camera is NOT filming you to encourage you. The footage is evidence so we can ban people from the track and report them to police. Also note we have every car's driver's license details.
