JUST IN: PH Coast Guard spokesman Commodore Armand Balilo confirms some OFW repatriates have left quarantine facilities, Sunday.

Balilo says these OFWs left hotels and went home to their families prior to receiving test results which showed they are positive for .

The PCG has not given any figure yet as to how many OFWs have left, but said they are now in coordination with authorities to search for the OFWs who may be charged for violating the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.

Nagbabala ang World Health Organization na posibleng hindi na tuluyang mapupuksa ang new coronavirus.

Baka umano maging “endemic” virus ito, o sakit na karaniwang kumakalat sa mga komunidad gaya ng dengue at malaria.

“We have a new virus entering the human population for the first time and therefore it is very hard to predict when we will prevail over it,” wika ni WHO emergencies director Michael Ryan sa isang virtual press conference sa Geneva, Switzerland.

“This virus may become just another endemic virus in our communities and this virus may never go away,” aniya pa.

Binanggit niya rin ang sakit na HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) at sinabing nasanay naman tayo rito.

Unang lumitaw ang COVID-19 sa Wuhan, China noong Disyembre 2019 at ngayong Mayo 2020 ay kumitil na ito ng higit 302,400 katao worldwide.

1. Resources under the Bayanihan Act have been mobilized. Our most vulnerable citizens, must receive government assistance immediately.

2. Alam ko we shouldn’t just zero in sa poorest of the poor. Valid ang suggestion ni Cavite Governor Remulla. Pag may mapulot tayo. Ok tayo. The economy is on a standstill. What we are spending now is reserves natin. Etong pera na ito nakatago ito ni Secretary Dominguez kaya may panggastos tayo ngayon.

3. Yung poorest of the poor, eto yung walang kita sa isang araw, di na makakain. Or wala talagang trabaho. What is really sad is that the rainy day has arrived in our generation. Di natin ito gusto.

4. Di ako makatulog. Nag iisip ako buong gabi. Abutan na ako daybreak.

5. The 100 Billion for one month or the 270 Billion for two months is not enough. I am calling the Secretary of Finance mag generate na ng pera.

JUST IN: Department of Health reports 385 new cases of COVID-19. The total number of cases in the country is now at 3,018.
29 new deaths were also recorded bringing death toll to 136, PH highest jump on fatalities in a single day.
DOH also reports 1 additional recovery which brings the total number of recoveries to 52.

Disclaimer: Sudden spike in number of deaths is attributed to the late reporting of previous deaths.

✅ CONFIRMED CASE - Sila ang mga taong nagpositibo sa COVID-19 matapos isagawa ang test na may HISTORY OF TRAVEL mula sa bansang apektado ng CORONAVIRUS, o may EXPOSURE/CLOSE CONTACT SA MGA TAONG POSITIBO SA CORONAVIRUS at nagpakita ng mga sintomas ng nasabing virus.

✅ PERSON UNDER MONITORING- Sila ang mga taong sumasailalim sa 14-days quarantine at monitoring na may HISTORY OF TRAVEL mula sa ibang bansa, at sa kasalukuyan, maging mga taong nagmula sa NCR at iba pang lalawigan ng Pilipinas na may confirmed cases, o may EXPOSURE/CLOSE CONTACT sa nagpositibo sa COVID-19, ngunit WALA SILANG NARARAMDAMAN NI ISA SA MGA SINTOMAS NG COVID-19.

✅ PATIENT UNDER INVESTIGATION - Sila ang mga taong habang sumasailalim sa 14-days quarantine at monitoring ay NAGREPORT NA NAKAKARAMDAM NG ISA SA MGA SINTOMAS NG COVID-19 at may HISTORY OF TRAVEL mula sa ibang bansa, NCR at ibang lalawigan na apektado ng virus, o may EXPOSURE/CLOSE CONTACT sa nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Kung ang sintomas na kanyang nararamdaman ay MILD, hindi siya ELDERLY at wala syang ibang sakit gaya ng hypertension, diabetes, acute kidney disease, nagdidialysis, may cancer, atbp., hindi siya nangangailangan i-test at dalhin sa ospital. Binibigyan sya ng advice na sya ay dapat naka STRICT SELF QUARANTINE sa bahay o sa barangay na may isolation units at kinakailangan ng mas focused na monitoring.

Ngunit kung ang sintomas na kanyang nararamdaman ay MILD, siya ay ELDERLY at may ibang karamdaman gaya ng hypertension, diabetes, acute kidney disease, nagdidialysis, may cancer, atbp., siya ay kailangan dalhin sa ospital kung saan may COVID-19 isolation unit at doon gagawin ang test upang malaman kung siya ay positibo sa virus.

✅ CLEARED - Sila ang mga PUM at PUI na nakatapos ng 14-days quarantine at monitoring.
