The Kashmir Files was made in Rs10 crores..." Kangana came to all guns blazing at Karan Johar and added, "Now, according to mafia minions, Karan Johar film has beaten it (The Kashmir Files) brutally... Karan Johar ji aap kya cheeze ho yaar."In another story, she wrote, "Post pandemic verdict model, specially invented for Karan Johar films... BTW Thugs of Hindustan earned around Rs 280 crore worldwide gross and its budget was also around Rs280 crore... Lekin they didn't spend on PR machinery. During the trail, the Vande Bharat train also broke the record of bullet train. The train reached the speed from 0-100 kmph in 52 seconds as compared to the earlier version which attained the same speed in 54.6 seconds.

As per the report, the train clocked five hours and 14 minutes to cover 491 km non-stop distance from Ahmedabad to Mumbai at the maximum speed of 130kmph. On return, the train clocked five hours and four minutes, officials said. With stoppages, the travel time between the two cities is likely to come around 6 hours.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Brahmastra’ will release in theatres on September 9 and expectations are high from this Bollywood biggie. The advance booking for the film opened on Friday and set a positive trend across theatres. The numbers look good for a movie releasing post the pandemic.

‘Brahmastra’ sold over 10k tickets in just one chain of theatres for the weekend, while other chains opened advance booking a little late. The present trend suggests that ‘Brahmastra’ will record the best advance booking numbers post the pandemic, apart from ‘KGF 2’. The film is off to a positive start and it remains to be seen how ‘Brahmastra’ will fare in mass circuits as it enjoys a solo release.

Filmmaker Karan Johar, on Friday, urged everyone to start treating Indian cinema as one industry rather than dividing it into different categories. Karan delivered an important message for all during a press event of *Brahmastra* in Hyderabad. He said that Indian cinema should be addressed as the Indian film industry and not Bollywood or Tollywood.

"We, in our own tiny way, are trying to reach every corner (of the country with our film). Like SS Rajamouli sir said, this is Indian cinema. Let*s not call it anything else. We keep giving it a wood...Bollywood, Tollywood. We are not in the woods anymore, we are out of them. We are proudly part of Indian cinema. Each and every film will be now from Indian cinema," he emphasised. Earlier in April 2022, *KGF* star Yash also asked everyone to stop classifying Indian cinema into sub-categories.

In bowling, it’s important to assess the situations and use your weapons. For me, bowling short and hard lengths have been my strengths. It’s about using them well and asking the right questions to make the batters commit a mistake. In a chase like this, you always plan over by over. I always knew that there is one young bowler and also one left-arm spinner. We only needed 7 off the last over but even if we needed 15, I’d have fancied myself. I know the bowler is under more pressure than me in the 20th over. I try to keep things simple.

The Supertech illegal twin towers in Noida were razed to ground within 10 seconds by the authorities on 28 August following the Supreme Court order. Over 3,700 kg of explosives were used to implode the Apex and the Ceyane towers.

Despite the tonnes of explosives and lot of care, there were issues on what method to be used to safely demolish the towers Apex (32 storeys) and Ceyane (29 storeys) had popped in. After elaborate discussions, the authorities chose a demolition method known as the 'waterfall implosion' technique.

Independence Day 2022: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) recently issued five fresh alerts, warning of a possible terror strike in the national capital and several other cities ahead of Independence Day. To counter any threat from sub-conventional aerial platforms and manned or unmanned flying objects, including drones, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has installed an anti-drone system near the Red Fort, just a day ahead of the country's 75th Independence Day. A DRDO official said the system has the capacity to detect and deactivate multiple drones at the same time within a radius of around 4 km with the help of a jammer that has been installed just next to it.
