Hey everyone!!! I haven't forgotten about you! I've been away taking time for my mental health. I'll be streaming occasionally but as of right now I won't have a scheduled nightly stream. I need to focus on myself. I hope to see everyone when I do stream because it really brings me so much joy. Love you all bunches!

Brisket Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
8 slices sandwich bread
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups shredded brisket, cooked
2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Directions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.
Place half of the bread slices, buttered side down, on the skillet or griddle.
Top each bread slice with shredded brisket and shredded cheese.
If desired, drizzle barbecue sauce over the brisket and cheese.
Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up, to form sandwiches.
Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
If desired, spread mayonnaise on the outsides of the sandwiches before cooking for extra crispiness.
Once cooked, remove the sandwiches from the skillet or griddle and let them cool for a minute before slicing.
Serve the brisket grilled cheese sandwiches hot and enjoy!
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes
