A few months ago I got lip eczema and it’s been a rough journey. Got my first flare up and I struggled to find a good lip balm and ended up accidentally using a steroid balm that healed my lips. I used it for months and then when I realized I weaned off of it and now it’s coming back and has been burning. It’s ruined my sleep this past week due to waking up so itchy in the middle of the night but that’s okay, it’s going to heal in time

Got eczema on my lips a few months back and started using a steroid lip balm that fully healed it and now that I’ve weaned off of it it’s been a battle. Haven’t slept more than 3-4 hours a night this week because the itching is so bad it wakes me up but hey that’s part of the process.

Eczema sucks but I’m slowly managing it. My hand was almost healed and then I got another flare up but thats okay, I’m slowly managing it. I know a lot of you struggle with it too, I recommend showering anytime after you sweat and moisturizing while your skin is still damp. Reduce stress and possibly cut out gluten/dairy/sugar if it causes your skin to flare up.

I’ve struggled with eczema my entire life and it’s always been a huge insecurity of mine. I always wore long sleeves and pants as a kid no matter how hot it was because I never wanted anyone to see how bad my skin was. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized how many people struggle with their skin so I wanted to do my part and share when times are bad. My skins pretty bad right now and I’m even getting eczema on my lips and it sucks but you gotta power through.

I’ve been on a carnivore diet for the month of February and the photo on the left is from day 1 and today is day 27. Almost done and I’m so excited to eat some other food soon. I started at 183 and now I’m 170. 13 lbs down in 27 days is pretty crazy
