The struggle is real...

As an email marketing and conversion strategist, I keep things private between me and my clients.

But lately, I've noticed a few similar themes pop up between food bloggers.

Here are the top 3 things I see food bloggers struggling with right now:

#𝟏 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭
Coming up with fresh ideas, finding the time to create, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule can be challenging.

According to a recent survey by Venngage, 𝟲𝟴% 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 cite "𝑟𝑢𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑠" as their biggest challenge.

Without a steady stream of engaging content, your audience may lose interest and your online presence may suffer.

A study by TailWindApp found that Instagram accounts 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟭-𝟯 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 see their follower growth rate plateau after peaking initially.

#𝟐 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠
It takes time and effort to attract and retain followers who genuinely connect with your content and brand.

In fact, a Sprout Social report revealed that 𝟴𝟲% 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 find it challenging to build an audience on social media.

Without an engaged following, 𝑖𝑡 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑠 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑙𝑦 𝑑𝑖𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑢𝑙𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑧𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚 𝑜𝑟 𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑠𝑝𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑜𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠.

Research by influence. co suggests that influencers with higher engagement rates (2-3%) can charge brands up to 7 times more per post than those with lower rates (below 1.5%).

#𝟑 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩-𝐭𝐨-𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬
Social media platforms and algorithms are constantly changing, making it challenging to adapt your strategy and maintain visibility.

A recent study by Hootsuite found that 𝟲𝟲% 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 struggle to keep up with the pace of change in social media marketing.

𝐹𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑒ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑛 𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑙𝑔𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑚 𝑢𝑝𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑎𝑛 𝑠𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑙𝑦 𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡'𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡.

According to a report by Curalate, a decrease in engagement rate from 4% to 2.7% can lead to a 50% drop in likes and comments for influencers.

I'm reading Hyperfocus by Chris Bailey and this quote resonated with me:

"One of the most underrated skills: letting other people finish their sentences before starting yours."

This is a great reminder to be more mindful and attentive when we communicate with others.

Agree ka ba?

Ever noticed how sometimes we're so scared of getting a little bruised that we don't try anything new?

Guess what?

We might be passing that same 'play-it-safe' vibe to our kiddos without even realizing it.

So, what's the big deal?

Well, it's like this...

We tell our little ones not to run too fast, not to climb too high, not to shout... basically, not to be too much of a kid.

We're scared they'll get a scrape or bump into someone.

But hey, I totally get it.

We want to teach our munchkins to be careful and not to hurt themselves or others.

That's Parenting 101, right?

There’s a way to teach caution without stifling their natural curiosity and joy…

By setting boundaries, recognizing their limits, and allowing them to face the natural consequences of their actions.

Here’s how we approach it:
(Keeping in mind that every family is unique and what works for us may not work for everyone)

1. Setting Boundaries in the Play Area
Before entering, we remind our daughter of the rules: no hitting, ask for help when needed, wait for her turn, etc.—lessons learned from past experiences.

To prevent tantrums when it’s time to leave, we give her a heads-up and let her say her goodbyes, which often makes the transition smoother.

2. Understanding Their Limits
In situations where there’s a potential danger, we stay close to provide support.

This teaches her:
• Her limit: how high she can climb before fear sets in.
• Safety assurance: knowing we’re there to catch her encourages her to explore her boundaries.

It’s nerve-wracking to watch, but it’s incredible to see how far they can go when we don’t hold them back.

3. Experiencing Natural Consequences
In a safe environment, we let her play freely while staying nearby.

This fosters independence.

For instance, after sliding backward and feeling the pain, she assessed the risk and decided to try it a few more times, learning from the experience.

So, letting our kids test their limits safely is like giving them wings.
We're there to guide, not to clip those wings.
It's all about helping them soar responsibly.

Do you agree?

Now, what are some other ways to encourage kids to explore their boundaries safely?

Last night, my daughter's resistance to bedtime sparked a whirlwind of emotions.

Within minutes...

Her words swung from

"I hate you! I want all your teeth to come off"

to a heartfelt

"I don't want you to die"

As I held her close, comforting her with gentle taps on the back and absorbing her sobs...

a realization dawned on me.

Time is a shared journey.

Just as we, parents, wish to freeze the moments to keep our children little, they too harbor a fear of us aging.

It's a sad reminder of the parallel paths of growth and aging that we navigate together.

So here's a thought:

Cherish the now.

Embrace the tantrums, the laughter, and the tears.

Each moment is a stitch in the fabric of our shared memories.

As I whispered to my daughter, waiting for her to find peace in my embrace...

I said, "I want to spend a long, long time with you, too."

Let's make every second count. 💖

Last year...

They were able to make stronger connections
They were able to learn from each other
And they were able to expand their network.

To wait for the right time to socialize
To wait for people to invite me to gatherings, meetings, and gcs
To wait for the time opportunities to present itself

Sanay tayo na parang laging nagmamadali, eh

We are so used to jumping into action.

As if we're running out of time, money, or opportunities

But there's a certain ease and flow when things align.

And for me, I get empowered as I hone my skills in silence while waiting...

Ikaw ba?
Have you ever felt jealous of missed social gatherings?

ALTHOUGH, THE ONE WHO SHOULD LOVE YOU LIKE THAT FIRST...

YOU DON'T NEED THE AFFECTION OF A MAN TO FIND YOUR WORTH. IT'S ALREADY WITHIN YOU."

We tend to look for love from other people.

Pero, how often do we look for love within ourselves?
How often do we seek answers within us?
How often do we listen to our intuition?

We often seek external validation...

But kniw that it's crucial to remember that self-love is the foundation of true happiness.

Embrace your uniqueness and let your own love be the guiding light on your journey.

I'm afraid to fail.

There was a time when Paul asked me to try something new.

My answer is always no.

Kasi takot akong mapagtawanan
Takot akong mapahiya
At takot akong magkamali

So, I'd rather stay in my safe zone.

Kaya lagi akong kill joy.

Pero more than being a killjoy, this mindset hindered my growth and progress.

Pero, you know what?

Fear and failure are not entirely bad.

Fear keeps us safe
and
Failure is another way to learn how to do something right

They become limiting beliefs pag pinagsama.

Double whammy 💀

So ngayon, I try something at least once before I say no.

Something I teach my daughter (when it comes to food naman)

Comment "ONCE" if you wanna try new things at least once 👍

I feel nostalgic even though I'm on the second evolution pa lang.

In a few months, 6 years old na yung daughter ko.

One of the reason din bakit ako ng freelancing coz I want to be present sa buhay nya.

Pero kahit I'm with her always, ang bilis pa rin ng panahon!

Hopefully, we can still spend 50 birthdays together. 😊

🌟 A Proud Parent Moment 🌟

Last week, we went to the mall para mag grocery…

You know how it goes…

My daughter makes a beeline for the push cart every time.

No matter how little we plan to buy, gusto nya talaga naka-cart!

Pero, you know what?

It's super practical!

Since we can stash her doll and tumbler in the cart habang namimili kami…

So, we strolled around, picked up her favorite snacks for baon and some household essentials.

After namin mamili , sya na din nag babayad.

In this photo, the cashier tried to take the basket.

Aba, ayaw nya! She wanted to put everything on the table, item by item.

After nyang ilagay lahat ng items to be scanned…

She put the cart and its basket back kung saan nya kinuha.

She, then, pays for the items and pick up the paper bag kung kaya nyang dalhin.

Or we hear employees saying "ang galing nung bata"

She's 5, and turning 6 na sya sa May.

Sure, it's nice to hear folks compliment her, but that's not why I teach her these things.

There's so much more to learn about life.

And shopping isn't exactly a life skill, di ba?

Still, I can't help but feel proud…

when she speaks up about what she wants,
Or when she puts things back where they belong
Or when she knows her limits and asks for help

That's gold! 💖

What about you?

👉 I can put a price tag sa services at products ko.
👉 I can increase my income hindi lang base sa time na nagtrabaho ako pero based sa outcome na I can provide
👉 I can take unlimited VLs in a year to travel and rest

To fellow freelancers na maraming bayarin this year...

It’s been just 3 weeks since we started 2024 and yet:

✅ I've already created email sequences,
✅ Launched a Notion Template to help breadwinners blast their utang away,
✅ Got 3 purchases within a week,
✅ and sold 2 stocks at a higher price kahit mapula ang market.

On going pa mga to:
✨ Streamlining my writing process
✨ Learning more about affiliate marketing
✨ Creating system para hayahay ang buhay

At this rate, I’m excited to see what’s in store for me this year. 😍

Ikaw, any recent highlights you’re proud to share?

No matter how small or big, i-celebrate natin yan! 😊

“𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲!” - Luca’s mom

When Luca was released in 2021, hindi namin sya pinanood.

It was a few years later nung pinapanood na ni Arrah yung movie sa Disney+ that I get to know the story.

Quick Summary:
"Luca" is a Disney animated film following the adventures of a sea monster named Luca during a transformative summer. Intrigued by the human world, Luca befriends a fellow sea monster and a human girl. Together, they navigate the challenges of concealing their true identities. The story beautifully captures themes of friendship, self-discovery, and acceptance.

If hindi mo pa napanood, maganda sya for family bonding nights. (There may be spoilers ahead)

What struck me in this movie was not the adventure…

It was the parents.

Luca’s mom, like any other mom, was scared of what might hurt her child. In this case the land monsters (humans).

When Luca’s mom found out he was going above water, she decided to send Luca to the deep (dark) water where his uncle lives.

This triggered Luca to run away and go to the neighboring town where humans live.

The movie closed with Luca’s parents sending him to a human school and letting him learn more about the world (like stars are not fishes, but balls of gas).

Here are a few takeaways:
𝟭. 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: Luca's parents encourage his curiosity about the human world. It's a reminder for you to foster your daughter's inquisitive nature, supporting her interests and questions.
𝟮. 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: Luca's parents help him overcome his fear of the unknown. As a mom, you can guide your daughter to face challenges bravely, fostering resilience.
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Luca's journey is about discovering his independence. Encourage your daughter to explore and learn on her own, fostering a sense of self-reliance.

The movie is a reminder to us parents, that no matter how much we show our care to our kids…

They will break rules, follow their intuition, upset us, and discover their place in this world.

And the only thing we can do (without breaking their wings and spirit) is to prepare them as much as we can.

𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀.

We were in Bolinao about two summers ago.

Kaso, I need to work for 3 days in the middle of our vacation kasi ayokong matambakan ng trabaho.
So, sabi ko, they can still go out and enjoy the tourist places kahit hindi ako kasama.

Timing naman kasi yung punta namin... bumabagyo. 😅

I was surpised nung sinabi ng brother in law ko...
"Antayin ka na lang namin! Hindi umuulan kapag kasama ka namin ehhh"

Hind ko pa napansin yun before...
Na tumitila ang ulan everytime lalabas kami.

Like the sky is giving way para hindi kami mabasa.

This manifests in different ways.

Another incident nangyari to only a few days ago nung nagpunta kami ng Mall of Asia.

That same day, pumunta kami ng SM Tanza...
yes, pag labas namin basa din yung nilakaran namin.

It can be a coincidence.
But I see this as a miracle that this world is giving me what I want if only I believe.

You see, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀.

So, I would rather watch the rain somewhere na may bubong.

What can we learn from this experience?
𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳
Our mantra (whatever we tell ourselves) reflects the idea that our thoughts. Our beliefs can shape our experiences. It's a powerful reminder that maintaining a positive outlook can have a tangible impact on the situations we find ourselves in.
𝟮. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Life's surprises...
Like the rain stopping when you're present, emphasize the importance of embracing the unexpected and appreciating the present moment (even if circumstances don't align with our plans).
𝟯. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲
Look for the positive and extraordinary in seemingly ordinary situations. This outlook not only adds a sense of wonder to daily life but also reinforces the idea that there's more to our experiences than meets the eye.

Take a moment, and notice the miracle happening around you...

It was 7pm...

I was holding a glass of coke. My husband was holding a bag of chips.

Then I said, "Tara!"

So, my mother in law asked, "san kayo pupunta?"

Which is a valid question!

You see, may record kasi kami na pag magyaya ako ng "tara"!
It means may naisip akong puntahan and we're off to that destination kahit anong oras pa yan.

Laging palabas ng bahay ang direction...

Most of the time, may gusto akong kainin 😅

It's not a surprise!
Going to places where we want to go manifests one of my values: freedom.

This value evolves... it can be time, location, situation...

And my mother in law's question is a glimmer -- that small nod from the universe.
An affirmation that I'm on the right path towards the lifestyle I aim for.

Kahit na it's chaos in everything around it.

And that day, ang sagot ko lang is:
"Sa loob, manonood ng series"

Being inside the house, doing whatever your heart desires is a freedom in itself. ❤️

𝗦𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻!

Last week, I ordered gel pen refills…

I love hand-writing my journals.

I ordered 100 pcs na black refills and 10 pcs ng red refills.

The red ink was intended to be used pang check ng A1 answers ni Arrah.
Nagppractice na kasi kami ng addition, then the black inks are for my journaling.

When the package arrived, Arrah kept asking to use the red inks.

Since refill lang to, I replaced one of my black pens with the red ink.

It was fascinating that she used the pen to draw.
And not just ordinary drawing, she used the new red pen to fill in the shapes!
Ang gastos sa ink considering and nipis nung tip nun!

I watched her draw and smiled to myself.
If it was the old me with a scarcity mindset, I would have flipped!

Would probably start with something along the lines…

“Ano ba naman yan! Sinasayang mo yung pen! ang bago bago nyan, tapos gaganyanin mo lang.. blah blah blah”

Which would probably end with Arrah crying and upset.

My old self would probabaly stick to how my purchases are intended to be used — red will be used for checking and black will be used for journaling. Nothing for drawing. Nothing for coloring the dress in the drawing.

Pero since nag-ggrow tayo (sayang naman lahat ng self-development courses and book ko kung hindi, noh!) and thriving to learn how to get (and keep) an abundant mindset...

Eto na po tayo ngayon…

Letting this little artist na "sayangin" yung mga material (like this ink) for her creative pursuits.

I even bought supplies para sayangin nya!

Hindi na nakakahinayang.
I know I'm raising an artist.

It's my investment for her future…
Kaya hindi sayang!

How are you letting your kid/s explore their interest?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.

Last week, my mentor posted about putting the idea out there as long as know that our audience will benefit from it.

I put a comment on one of my mentor’s posts that the crickets (posts without engagements) are holding me back.

Then he replied to my comment and asked why the crickets were holding me back.

And I started thinking…
Bakit nga ba?

The answer that I came up with is…

Kasi when there’s no engagement in my posts.
I feel like I’m not a good writer.

And I believe that I’m a good writer.
So, no engagement is a hit in my ego.

In short, I attached my identity/worth sa engagements na nakukuha ng posts ko.

WHY???? SHYYYYYY??

But then again, engagement is not the measurement of success, di ba?

So, if you’re not hitting publish just coz you’re scared na walang mag engage sayo…

Still put it out there!

That something changed in them after reading.
That they learned something from your post.
That someone out there who needs to read what you have to say coz that’s what they need para malampasan nila yung problema nila at that moment.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲.
Baka naman nahihiya pa sila...

Keep writing!
The world needs you 😘

21/12/2023

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?

Minsan ang hirap magsulat!

Parang wala naman akong gustong i-kwento ngayon!

Wala akong gustong ituro.

Wala akong gustong i-share.

So, anong i-ppost ko?

I set 1 hour a day dedicated to writing.

Pero I kept looking at a blank page.

I tried doing yung research and content creation process ng ibang writers.

So, today…

Walang kwento, walang lesson, walang sharing.

This is me…

Doing my 100% to delivery my non-negotiable…. on a 10% day.

𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗷𝗮𝗻!

I was working in the BPO nung matuto akong uminom ng kape.
Nag umpisa ako sa vendo-coffee. Libre kasi!

Since then, coffee is my go-to drink if I need a energy (or emotion) booster.

But it's more than just a drink; it's a part of our life...

We even got a small coffee machine para hindi na kami maghanap ng masarap na kape sa mga coffee shops.

Our dream is to build own coffee shop.

Pero may duda pa talaga isip namin dahil sa dami na naming nakitang nagbukas at nagsarang coffee shop.

So it got us thinking na baka hindi na patok na business yung coffee shop ngayon dahil sa competition.

Until I met Faye...

She's a mentor to small business owners & coffee entrepreneurs.
I watched her free masterclass at nalinawan ako...

Now, she's having face to face Coffee Business Bootcamp.

Some of the topic she'll cover are:
✅ Introduction to Coffee Entrepreneurship
✅ Defining Your Coffee Concept
✅ Understanding your target customers
✅ Hands-on Brewing & Espresso Making
✅ Effective Marketing Strategies

A few weeks ago, I asked if anyone would be interested in a tool to help you make the most out of your courses.

And I asked some lovely souls to answer a survey for me.

One of the common answers is the lack of clarity sa goals nila.

For me, knowing where we want to go is the first step para malaman natin yung direksyon na gusto nating puntahan.

Imagine using a GPS...

Tapos, you pinned your current location.

Then yung nilagay mo sa destination mo is Rizal.

Same principle with our goals.

The clearer and more specific we are on our destination, mas madaling makita yung yung shortest route possible at kung saan walang traffic.

Now, for those who are stuggling kung pano gagawin or kung lost pa rin sa mga dapat mong atupagin...

NFG is hosting a FREE Masterclass on Dec 13 at 6 PM on Zoom. 😊

💖 Finding out which identity to wear for 2024
💖 What that identity does on a daily basis
💖 Create the core things to focus on

Every Monday, we get a Newsletter from NFG as part of the 1M Club.

In one of the letters, she said:
The ripples are more important than the stone you throw.

"It may seem na wala namang epekto yung ginagawa natin sa greater scheme of things. Baka akala mo wala naman aabutin yung ginagawa mo ngayon. But to someone else, you might be the reason why they will."

---
I always want to be the stone.

These past few weeks as I go out of my cave, I see how my writings resonate with strangers.

I may not know how or what effect this decision to show up can have on the world.

And that's ok!

Right now, all I know is that I can touch lives as long as I don't stop!

Para sa mga COURSE HOARDERS...

One of the question that was asked inside the 1M Club is how we manage the courses we take.

Ang dami kaya!

May free, may paid, may pa-webinar, may pa-workshop, etc...

I shared a table I used to track my courses and how it aligns with my goals.

So, I'm asking...

If there's one thing I can help you with maximizing and tracking the courses you're taking. Would you be interested?

Comment "hell yeah" kung gusto mong masulit mga courses mo be it paid or free

Last Sunday night, may bagong word akong natutunan…

PROCRASTI-LEARNING

When you're delaying an important task and responsibility by diverting your attention to learning...

At the end of the day, you still delayed that task you're supposed to be doing...

And if you’re into self-help stuff like me, for sure one way or another nag procrasti-learning ka din!

Comment 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ yung mga tinamaan

But you see...

Procrastination is not a sickness that you need a cure for.

It’s a symptom…

…for something deeper that you need to fix/cure.

Laging sinasabi ni NFG that procrastination is not a time management problem. It’s an emotional problem.

Kasi nagtatalo ang fear and pleasure…

In Kage World, I learned that there should be a balance between pain and pleasure.

I also found that tracking is a helpful tool to show, not just our progress, but also our relationship with time.

Tracking is different from planning, ha!
And when you put your plan and what happened, you would be able to catch ano yung tasks that you’re delaying and WHY.

I also learned not to feel guilty about having “too much” rest. And how I can leverage rest to my advantage.

And saya kaya magbasa ng Webtoon pag-guilt free!

So, if you want to find a productivity system that works for you…

Tara sa Kage World!!
A world where people are productive in their own ways...

Shy, ano yung Kage World?

Next week we will discuss the 3 root causes of procrastination:
Lack of clarity
Lack of rest
Lack of structure

It’s introvert-friendly and it’s at a 33% discount right now.

O sya! Nag pprocrasti-writing lang ako eh… 😅
Balik na ko sa dapat ko ginagawa!

See yah!

annyeong!!!

Kung hindi mo pa na pansin tong post ko about what you'd love to read in my page...

Here's my post about it:
https://bit.ly/Shys_Question

Speaking of pag tulong...

Then again, being around generous people sa 1M club...

I learned that we can help in simple ways, too.

A hug
A conversation
An encouragement
A listening ear
A shoulder to cry on
.are simple ways we can change another person's life.

They don't even cause a cent.

We may not notice, but we're creating ripples every moment.

And in this page, I want to give a positive change in your life.

I hope you can answer my simple questions:
Again, here's my post:

Comment ka nlng ng DONE pag tapos ka na!

Maraming maraming salamat 🧡
