The Real True unbelievable story of a Man Wrongfully Charged with a Crime he Did not do and Then serve 10 Yrs For what should had been one count of Bail Jumping. I am going to Tell the Story of How I received 10Yrs in Prison for what is really one of the most ridiculous crimes you could ever be convicted of. I was convicted unlawfully and Unjustifiable on 2 counts of Bail Jumping but however, it s

hould had been by rule of law and in True Justice of the Courts only had been one count of Bail Jumping as there was only one Bond of $500.00? However as Ill explain in the full story the Original Crime that I was Falsely and Wrongfully accused in fact was dismissed with Prejudice, meaning I was given 10 yrs for Bail Jumping on one Bond of 500.00 for a Crime that I never was convicted or Plead Guilty to. I was to serve 10yrs for missing court on a charge that was thrown out of court but because I missed a court hearing on a charge that no longer exist i have to suffer 10 yrs in Prison? I was not taking no plea deals on this case, I was taking it to trial because when you are innocent you will fight for your innocence. The Story will be Posted by 10-11-2020 However On here I will Provide Proof of what they did Illegal, and break down the whole case of what happened, & in more detail so you the Public can see and know the whole story, so that you will see clearly that I'm not making this up and I have court Documents that even provide proof to my Truth but yet they were able to do anything cause they work for the courts and wouldn't think I would get my copy of Public Info and attach it to show proof of what they did cause once I explain it and then show you, yeah your going to see clearly they did what they wanted who was there to tell them anything Different? I was locked away for 10 yrs for missing court on a crime I didn't do? How does anyone even in the right mind seem to think this was Fair and Justifiable? The Cold Hard Truth of Our Justice System. The True UNTOLD STORY OF FATHER and a SON being Torn Apart.

Please I know we all have our own life story, and problems, However Im really needing Help, IM coming out of Prison as I had to serve 10yrs for Bail Jumping on a Charge never Convicted for, Im Asking for help but also for the World to hear this and see it for their self its in fact Real how the Justice System Wrongfully and Illegally Indicted me 2 times for one Bond of $500.oo and served 10yrs for missing a Court Date. This is Wrong, they treated me like I was someone who cant and wont ever do anything for what they Illegally did to me and locked me up for such a low severe crime the Avg person get 1 yr for along with being convicted of the crime they was arrested for.. I got 10 more then most S*X OFFENDERS, Drug Trafficking, And many other crazy more serious charges, This has to be heard and has to be looked into by the right people willing to stand for the real LAW of LAW and the Constitution of Our UNITED STATES. They try to take away out rights and out LIBERTY, Help me Stand out and Move this Movement for REFORM on our JUSTICE SYSTEM but also JUSTICE FOR TIMOTHY FRAZER for what they did and how they treated me and cost me to lose my SON and caused him trauma of being removed from me after I raised him for 3 yrs on my own and then just get falsely accused of a crime never get convicted of it but get 10 yrs for Bail Jumping on one Bond that means i only should of got 1-5 yrs. I got 10 how did Kenton County get away with this, They did cause they never expected me to fight back and bring it to the Nations eyes and ears of what happened. I have a Voice and I have Freedom of Speech and Im using it to not only get Justice for me but to make sure it does not happen to no one else. Maybe I also help others speak out on something but folks we cant be quiet as NO ONE is above the LAW. They must see that this was done wrong and something must give for the Rules and Laws they Violated in order to make me serve 10 yrs for missing court on a crime I never did. I Have Plenty and Plenty of Proof that backs my story and all the Court Documents that provide complete Total Truth to my story and I want to Prove my Story and Tell ALL about how I was taken off the Street after being a Manager of a Hotel for 2.5 yrs Obtaining Soul Custody of my son and Turning my Life around after coming out of Prison in 2010 for things I was wrong for but I Served my time and got my life together. Than in 2013 this Happend and I lose my Son and then very confident Ill beat the case cause I was Innocent, I did beat the case but they said Im getting 10yrs for missing Court for Bail Jumping in only one Bond Posted? WOW How can this even Sound to anyone FAIR in the law of JUSTICE. I do not understand but I know they wrongfully indicted me on that and I should of never got 10 and now its time for me to tell the Truth to Expose them for what they did Illegally and to make sure Justice gets served to the ones who did this to me wrongfully and Unlawfully. Im HERE TO TELL YOU IM HERE TO TELL MY STORY CASUE WHAT THEY DID WAS WRONG. IM HERE TO PROTECT MY CIVIL RIGHTS AND LET THE COUNTRY KNOW WHAT OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM IS ALL ABOUT AND THE ONES DOING WORSE THINGS AND MORE CORRRUPT THINGS ARE WORKING FOR OUT COURTS AND GOVERNMENTS AND SEEM TO FIND A WAY TO NOT GET CHARGED WITH CRIMES. IF WE HAVE TO DO TIME FOR CRIMES SO DO THEY. WE MUST SEEK FAIRNESS AND WE MUST SPEAK OUT WHEN WE ARE DONE WRONG. WE CANNOT LET THEM CONTINUE TO ABUSE THEIR POWER NO MORE WE MUST TAKE THEM DOWN AND STRIP ALL POWER AWAY FROM THE ONES THAT THINK THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. Also please I'm trying to get back on my feet and Im asking for any size big or small of a donation to help me getting a Apt or House. EVEN ACROSS THE POLICE DEPT OUR AMERICAN RIGHTS AND LIBERTY AND FREEDOM NO MATTER WHAT NO MATER ANYTHING, NO MATTER ANY HEALTH OR SICKNESS CONCERN OUR RIGHTS ARE STILL OBEYED AND HONORED AND WE THE PEOPLE MAKE OUR OWN CHOICES FOR OUR OWN HEALTH AND LIVE OUR LIFES HOW WE CHOOSE TO LIVE THEM NOT HOW THEY TELL US TO LIVE THEM.
