To The Crossett family 🖤

Today marks 2 years since the loss of your sweet girl. We unfortunately didn’t get the chance to meet her, but we were honoured to be apart of her legacy. After getting to know Kristin through our love of horror and rants about sh*tty people! Our hearts ached for your family after you shared the news with us of Ella’s passing 2 years ago. And still to this day our hearts ache for you. We think about you guys often and know we will always be by your sides in your healing journey 🖤

This day isn’t easy by any means, but I hope you all know Ella is watching you guys and she’s so proud of everything you’ve done to honour her name! And this year I cannot wait to be apart of her legacy with Ella-Ween this year!

We love you Kristin Elizabeth!

If I was to take requests for custom blankets, would there be interest? I would have to work out some things but thinking blankets would be between $70-100 roughly (would depend on how big you wanted it, how many colours / complication etc)

My wife says this is like a 180 from my last blanket with all my new research / video watching and what I’ve changed. I’m so happy with how this blanket is looking! I already can’t wait to keep making more!

This is, by no means, perfect. It was my first patterned blanket I’ve ever done. It has mistakes, it has practise techniques etc! But I’m still super proud of it and how it turned out.

This has been the most fun thing to do and really really helped dial my mind in. Was able to shut my brain off and focus on one single thing. Which with someone with severe anxiety, that hard to do so finding something that calms my mind, huge win!!

I already have 3 other blankets lined up to tackle next!!

Hoping to get good enough to potentially sell one day. ❤️

I’m still doing blankets! I got distracted and started a different one with learning new things via YouTube / TikTok 😅 this one is almost done and near the end I learned to use these to help with colour changing and making it cleaner looking! Game changer!!!!!! Now I’m already excited to do my next one with these new tricks once this one is done!

I took a break and decided I also enjoy reading 🤣 I’m pretty sure I have ADD and have to have 17 things going at all times - even reading 3 books at a time lol!

Trying my best to become a reader & what I’ve learned so far about my reading journey is that I can only hold my attention to Celebrity Biographies and thriller / crime books! Don’t even suggest a romance to me unless someone dies and something is constantly happening, the moment it slows down, I’m out lol!

I also landed on the book side of TikTok and now my want to read list is getting out of control for someone who is a baby reader 🤣🤣

Our Journey

For as long as we have been together, we have always said we have wanted to start a business. Work from home. Sell merchandise, etc. We wanted to go the YouTube route and build a following and grow and sell our own merchandise. We decided to go this way first. Start with our business. Locally and hopefully grow from there!! We do custom creations for birthdays, weddings, stag and doe, seasonal holidays etc. We also collaborate this with Photography and offer Photoshoots, wedding photos, engagement photos, baby photos etc! Like “Samantha Wessner Photography” for more on that!!

We can’t wait to grow our brand and expand to a website one day with shipping options!
