this is Revision A. 7 more tracks than the previous version with additional material from the official Later Years Box set (2019). Heywood from MQR did an amazing job on this. :) all of this encompasses Pink Floyd's original vision of what 1994's Division Bell should have been. i re-edited a few transitions and added a touch of EQ.

an amazing show! the last of 5 nights at the nassau coliseum. this is pretty much soundboard quality bc Barry Glassberg sat front and center when he recorded this :) i remember the radio broadcast of this show on the old WHCN, in CT, on a show called "Basement Tapes Weekend" back in 1989. back then i recorded it on cassette straight from the radio. yrs later i traded for this on cd and its still better than the official release Is There Anybody Out There, a multi source mix of shows from London 80/81 ... this is February 28, 1980.

my absolute favorite 1977 Zepp show :) fury and power all 3hrs and 40mins! a great No Quarter and the acoustic set is very entertaining as they mix in Dancing Days for the first time in almost 5yrs. Trampled Under Foot & Achilles Last Stand are awesome! a great crowd and killer sound quality :)

Killers came out in 1979 and was recorded over a few night in Paris that February/March ... the album was heavily edited and NOT a complete show. this show is from the beginning of the 1978 Jazz tour and is complete :) amazing sound and Queen never disappoint ...

maybe the best show from 1972 :) these early versions of the Dark Side of the Moon are very different from the finished product on the album and truly are amazing. they toured this for more than a year before before its original release 50 yrs ago and its performance greatly progressed as the tour went on. this show is amazing from start to finsh :)

the last day of the 1975 Wish You Were Here tour two months before the album was released. Raving and Drooling along with You Gotta Be Crazy are early versions of Sheep & Dogs. quite possibly the best live version of the Dark Side of the Moon they've ever done and an amazing Echoes :)

this is quite possibly the greatest live moment in their history ... the last day of the 1977 Animals tour & the infamous spitting incident and backstage arguments that led to the creation of The Wall ... a truly amazing show with Gilmour & Co. on fire all night! this would make an amazing radio show ...

this is great. :) i didnt include much from AJA bc that album barely features Walter Becker and that collection of song doesnt jam as good as previous albums. no Deacon Blues, Babylon Sisters, Peg etc ... but instead great jams like Your Gold Teeth, Green Earrings, Don't Take Me Alive & The Fez. some great non album tracks like Dallas, Here At The Western World and F.M. (No Static At All). these guys have an awesome jazz-rock rhythm throughout everything :). i'll listen just for pleasure ...

i stayed away from the sappy stuff and produced something worthy a being a greatest hits package. :) a few good non album tracks here and a much better production than the original. (IMHO)

not too shabby for a Who album. :) i altered this to only have 70s tunes and throw in some non album stuff. The Relay may be the coolest tune i've never heard from them before researching their non album tracks. Long Live Rock is here and a few other killer gems. why Eminemce Front (1982) wasn't on any other greatest hits of theirs is beyond me. i may just do another of their 60s stuff ...

i've always LOVED Queen and the radio only plays songs that Freddie Mercury sings. personally, i think Roger Taylor has the best voice in the band well suited for hard rock. :) this is a proper hits album containing nothing after 1981 and has more than a few with Taylor on vocals. they played a medley in concert which i re-created with their studio tracks letting me condense a few and add more of their hits. same thing with the Flash Gordon mini medley. some rare stuff with the fast studio version of We Will Rock You, the acoustic Dreamer's Ball and the b-side, See What a Fool I've Been.

to be fair to Rudolph Schenker here are the Scorpions. the first disc is all older stuff before they changed to the sound we all know them for today. the older stuff is SOO good, me wonders why they changed their sound at all. i couldn't bring myself to throw any of their ballads on here bc this set of songs rocks out hard ! ironically, their 1979 Lovedrive album featured the one time return of little brother Michael Schenker and that album is WELL repersented here :)

the Schenker brothers formed the Scorpions in 1965. little brother Michael left the band in 1972, after song writing credit disagreements with his brother Rudolph, and joined UFO in 1973 and then later, formed the Michael Schenker Group. i enjoy this band much more than the Scorpions (whom i do like) and made a REAL hits album with a few different tracks than the original. Rock Bottom, Mystery Train & We Belong to the City rock harder than anything Rudoplh Schenker ever did. just sayin :)

the pioneers of british new wave metal since 1980, and the basis for every metal band that followed them going forward with Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, the Scorpions/UFO & Judas Priest leading their way. i remember the older kids on the bus in middle school going crazy over the new Powerslave album in 1984 and i never understood why back then. i most certainly do now. most of them are in their mid 60s now and their newest album, Senjutsu in 2021, is just as good as anything they did in their younger days. :) 18 studio albums that just keep getting better ...

this is Zabriskie Point. in 1969 Pink Floyd were paid to do the soundtrack for this film which hit theaters in 1970. in the end only 3 pieces of music were used. in 2000 fellow trading friend Walter "Romanus" Donati and myself hunted down and researched everything they did during that period for the soundtrack. the end result was enough material for an entire album. this project took us a whole year to finish and you can read about that entire process and our findings documented under the Zabriskie Point section in the website link to the left. this is an amazing album and clearly points the way forward towards Meddle ...

this is Joe Satriani. one of the greatest guitar players on the face of God's Earth !! protege of Eddie Van Halen and in many ways, better than his master. he blazes with style and keeps it real when he has to. he rarely sings and his albums stand alone in a class all by themselves. no one does is better ! you'll hear him on WRFM !!

in March of 1994 Pink Floyd released The Division Bell. 20 yrs later they released The Endless River, taken from The Division Bell sessions. if one listens to the latter, those pieces of music flow in conjunction with pieces of the former making some pieces longer and including a bunch of new ones from that time. :) fellow trading friend Walter "Romanus" Donati and his team mate Heywood put this together back in 2014. its absoulutely incredible, done just the way the band had intended back in 1994 !! THIS is what The Division Bell should have sounded like. a massive salute MQR for this !! :) i gave it a minor cleanup with a touch of EQ.

this project was an obsession of mine for 20 yrs. in June of 1987 Roger Waters released Radio K.A.O.S. the original album had 8 tracks. it was originally planned as a double album until someone changed his mind. some of the leftover material became b-sides while the rest found its way onto the When the Wind Blows soundtrack. this is the extended album as planned. :) originally done by fellow trading friend Chad Hendrickson in 2000, i gave it an updated remaster and mixed in the ONLY studio - ized version of Molly's Song you'll ever hear. amazingly sung by Joanna Male of Vesbim Productions ! you can find the link to her youtube video of this below. i LOVE this album !! bc its the only time Roger didn't try sounding like the Floyd ...

Jade Warrior. a Japanese term describing Samuri, who were artists and poets as well as deadly assassins, and the rock n roll band with no drummer (mostly). they rely on all manner of percussion. one can barely tell the difference. :) this is something i thought about doing 20yrs ago and finally did it last month. if you like old school Jethro Tull, you'll love these guys :)
