FRIDAY E N E R G Y!💃🏾 Fridays are my fav; they represent the end to a busy week and the calm as we flow into active weekends. It's so interesting to be around people on Friday's, I feel like they are generally happier knowing that it's a pivotal moment- two random strangers 1 at the gym and 1 at the coffee shop, were so friendly and brought beautiful energy into my life today- they inspire me to keep passing it on.

Real talk⚠️💜
I will never tell you how long or short my run was (EDs are so competitive that could be very triggering) -for all you know, I did a super slow jog around the block for 1 minute. That’s not the point of this video. The point is that there is a happy medium. talk about “the pendulum swing” in recovery- where you go from 1 extreme to the other and then eventually even out. I never thought it was actually possible; turns out that it is. 💜💃🏽It’s never about the food. It’s never about the exercise. It’s so much deeper than that. Take a compassionate and curious approach with yourself. Begin to reflect- why am I clinging to the “fit friend” identity? Who would I be if that were not me? If you’re in distress, then you’re probably not in control- but your inner child sure is!!! How can you work toward healing any trauma? Attachment wounds? How can you be you in a society that still places so much value on thinness and appearances? This content is not mental health care. Talk to your doctor/healthcare provider/therapist.
