Breaking: Nnamdi Kanu wins advance legal dispute against FG, released and stopped

The Allure Court sitting in Abuja has released the head of the prohibited Native Individuals of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

Kanu was arraigned by the Central Government at the Administrative High Court in Abuja for 15 count charges lining, including double crossing crime and psychological oppression, offenses he denied.

Kanu had blamed the request for Equity Binta Nyako of a Government High Court, Abuja, which requested him to answer seven out of the 15-count psychological oppression charge against him.

He had asked the redrafting court to suppress the whole charges and liberated him on different grounds including that the implied offenses were not dedicated in Nigeria.

Kanu has over and over required the breakaway of southern Nigeria to shape the Republic of Biafra.

On October 2015, he was captured by Nigerian experts on a 11-count charge verging on "psychological oppression, backstabbing crime, dealing with an unlawful society, distribution of disparaging matter, unlawful ownership of guns and inappropriate importation of products, among others."

He was conceded abandon April 2017 for clinical reasons.
