In the past month both T and I have tried things out of our norm. I did a voice over for an app and T did some modeling for a clothes boutique. These are things we never thought we would do.
Doing this made us feel confident. We had a great time, met new people and yeah definitely want to do it again. Even if we didn't do it again it built our character. We were brave enough to do it and not afraid if we sucked at it.
This is something a lot of us need to do step out of our everyday shoes and try something new. Never know where it will take you but it will make you feel amazing.

Mental health is not prejudice. It can effect any of us at anytime. Kanye West has mental health issues and it is in public.
Now some can see this in a negative light and have a few good laughs at his expense.
Hopefully this can be turned into a positive. The people who truly care about his well being will rally around him and help him in every way possible.
People with mental health problems sometimes don't even notice they are acting erratically and feel they are normal. What they need is, patience, love, understanding and someone with the right tools to help them.

Pray for Kanye and those that are going through the same thing. You are not alone.
