সড়কে শৃঙ্খলা ফেরাতে একজন সুনাগরিক হিসেবে আমরা যে কাজগুলো এ মুহুর্তে শুরু করতে পারি -
১.প্রধান সড়কগুলোতে সাধারণ রিক্সা বা ব্যাটারিচালিত রিক্সা নিয়ে চলাফেরা করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। এবং অবশ্যই এ মুহুর্ত থেকেই এটা শুরু করা দরকার।
২.প্রধান রাস্তার মোড়গুলোতে মোটরসাইকেল/সিএনজি নিয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে থেকে অযথা জটলা পাকানো বন্ধ করতে হবে,
৩. যত্রতত্র হাত উঠিয়ে বাসে না উঠে নির্দিষ্ট জায়গা থেকে বা জ্যাম তৈরি না হয় এমন জায়গা থেকে বাসে উঠতে হবে ; বাস যত্রতত্র থামতে চাইলেও সচেতন নাগরিক হিসেবে বাস ড্রাইভারকে এ ব্যাপারে সচেতন করে নিবৃত্ত করতে হবে।
৪.সিগন্যাল বা ক্রসিংগুলোতে সিগন্যাল ছাড়ার পর রাস্তা পার হতে হবে, খেয়ালখুশি মতো রাস্তা পারাপার হওয়া যাবেনা।
৫. ট্রাফিক আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হয়ে পথ চলতে হবে।
দেশটা সুন্দর করার দায়িত্ব আমাদের সবার। তাই সবাইকে যার যার জায়গা থেকে সচেতন হতে হবে।
দায়িত্বশীল আচরণ করতে হবে। ট্রাফিক পুলিশের কাজে সহযোগিতা করতে হবে। ট্রাফিক পুলিশ রোদ-ঝড়-বৃষ্টিতে আপনার চলার পথকে সুন্দর, সুশৃঙ্খল ও নির্বিঘ্ন করতে প্রতিনিয়ত অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম করে যাচ্ছে। ট্রাফিক পুলিশ আপনার জন্য, আপনার সেবায় নিয়োজিত।
আসুন, সুন্দর দেশ গড়ি। ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে চলি।

বাংলাদেশের বড় বড় কিছু ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল মিল পরিচালনাকে লস দেখিয়ে বন্ধ করে দিয়ে বাইরের দেশ থেকে পণ্য আমদানি করা হতো। এইগুলকে আমাদের দেশের ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের হাতে দায়িত্ব দিন। এই মিল গুলো পুনরায় চালু করলে অনেক কর্মসংস্থান যেমন হবে, ঠিক তেমনি রপ্তানি আয় বাড়বে। বাংলাদেশের বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া বড় বড় কিছু মিলগুলকে দেশের ইঞ্জিনিয়ার দ্বারা দেশীয় প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে ছালু করার দাবি জানাচ্ছি।

কোন ঘোষণা দিলো না। সেলফি তুললো না। নেতা কর্মিদের নিয়ে ফুলের মালা গলায় পরলো না। সাংবাদিক সম্মেলন করলো না। বাবা এবং স্বামীর স্বপ্ন দেখলো না।

সময় এসে গেছে ফারাক্কার ৪০ কিলোমিটার দূরে ৭৫০০ ফিট উচ্চতার দ্বিতীয় ফারাক্কা বাধ নির্মাণের।

মাঝ রাতে মানুষের ঘুমন্ত অবস্থায় বাধ ছেড়ে দিয়ে তারা আজীবনই পৈচাশিক আনন্দ পায়।

তারা বর্ষায় যা পানি দেবে এই ৪০ কিলোর মধ্যেই থাকবে,আর যদি এর চেয়ে বেশি পানি ছাড়ে তো তাদের দেশেই সেই পানি চলে যাবে।কারন তাদের বাধের উচ্চতা ৭৩৫০।

আর গ্রীষ্মকালে তারা পানি দিতে চায়না।এই পানি আমরা তখন আমাদের সুবিধা মতো নিয়ে নিবো।

তাই সময় এসেছে এখন আমাদের দ্বিতীয় বাধ নির্মাণের। আমরা চাইলেই সামনে দিয়ে আরেকটা বাঁধ নির্মাণ করতে পারি।

# বিদেশে পাচারকৃত টাকা গুলো এনে এই কাজ করা হোক।
