Just added this set of grimey New Beats to the cymbal collection! I think the grime tames some harshness, these sound very balanced to me as is. Do you clean your cymbals?

Newest addition to the studio is this Precision! It plays and sounds amazing. A good P bass seems to just fit in the mix effortlessly regardless of genre.

Recorded everything with a Rode NTR through analog EQ/compression - no post processing on the audio except for a little bit of limiting on the master.
