In Rochester, New York, Police say 16 people were shot at a backyard house party, there are two deceased victims. 1 male, 1 female. Ages 18 and 22. No suspects are in custody. Police say there were more than 100 witnesses on scene. Police say it was a very chaotic and that it was an illegal house party on Pennsylvania Ave.
