Three things we learned working with them๐ŸŽฏ:

1) Content that hits you in the feels works. Bonus points if you can make the content value driven too.

2) People need a reason to come back. If the content was all over the place, audiences would have no incentive to follow the account because they don't know what they are getting every time.

3) Create value driven content. We focused on "mom hacks". This allowed for us to funnel moms to the app instead of random people. The hacks helped moms out so much that they wanted to check out the app.

Write down some tasks that need to get done within the next month and rank those tasks in order of importance.

Identify THE MOST important task on that list.

That is your "1"

Identify 3 tasks that are a little less important than the "1" but still very important

That is your "3"

Identify 5 tasks that are not that important.

That is your "5"

Now that you have a list of 1 big task, 3 medium tasks, and 5 smaller tasks, here is what you are going to do.

You see, in 2019, I was struggling to find success in my business endeavors. I was stuck in a rut, feeling like I was constantly spinning my wheels without making any real progress. I knew that I needed to make a change, but I wasn't sure where to start.

Then, I discovered the gym.

At first, it was just a way to get in better shape and improve my physical health. But as I started to make regular trips to the gym, I began to notice something incredible happening. I was becoming more focused, more disciplined, and more confident in my abilities.

It wasn't long before I started to see the correlation between my success at the gym and my success in business. Both required consistent effort, discipline, and a willingness to push through discomfort and setbacks.

Over the next few years, I made a conscious effort to prioritize my physical health and fitness, and it paid off in spades. Here are the three key changes that helped me transform my life and my business:

1) Making fitness a priority

I started scheduling regular workouts into my calendar, just like I would schedule a meeting or appointment. I treated my physical health as a non-negotiable aspect of my life, and it helped me to stay consistent and make progress.

2) Adopting a growth mindset

Just like in the previous example, I shifted my mindset to view setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. I embraced challenges and pushed myself to try new things, both in the gym and in my business pursuits.

3) Building a supportive network

I sought out mentors and peers who were also passionate about fitness and entrepreneurship, and I surrounded myself with people who encouraged me to be my best self.

These changes had a profound impact on my life and my business. Here are just a few of the results I experienced:

- I built a little over 10 million followers on social media

- I became the youngest writer for Forbes

- I starting helping Justin Kan, the founder of Twitch, scale his personal brand

- I bulked up

- I developed a sense of discipline and resilience that helped me to push through challenges and setbacks in both my personal and professional life.

Organic Marketing > Paid Marketing... Yes, you heard me right.

Businesses are blowing hundreds of thousands of dollars on ads that barely produce an ROI. The reason? They trust that only money will only get them conversions. This is completely false.

Here are 3 things every business should do in order to create organic content that converts:

1) Create content as an influencer, not as a brand. - People hate seeing promotional content that is simply pitching products to them. If you want to pitch your product, make sure you do so in an engaging way.

2) Content that is related to your brand - If you are selling software solutions to companies, you don't want to be creating content about sports; it doesn't correlate. Make sure you are creating content that is related to what you are selling. This will get you a number of leads for your business.

3) The compound effect - Create new content every single day, with 0 expectations. As you build a following you will start to see leads for your brand, even if you never promoted your product. Create at least 3 pieces of organic content across various platforms every single day.

"We tend to question all of our beliefs, except for the ones that we really believe in, and those we never think to question."

Remember 2 years ago when you would make fun of people who used TikTok?

Don't worry, I did the same. And yes, I deeply regret it. Now all you see people talking about is TikTok. About 2 years ago, I finally decided to start using the app (thanks to my older brother). And to my surprise, I was hooked. I knew that the app had potential far beyond anything I had ever seen. So I started to post content, everyday, without fail.

Fast forward 1 year and I had amassed 10 Million followers across all of my accounts. I was able to build multiple revenue streams and finally knew what I wanted to do with my life.

From being a broke high school student, to now (still in high school) being able to live life on my own terms, has been one of the greatest blessings ever.

3 Tips that have helped me build 10 Million followers on TikTok in less than a year.

Tip #1: Stick to a niche.

One of the most important aspects of growing your TikTok following is to stick to a niche and make your content accessible to your audience. Focus on creating content thatโ€™s interesting and accessible to your audience. It should be relatable, engaging and enjoyable to the specific TikTok audience.

Tip #2: Create content that is relevant to your audienceโ€™s interests.

One of the most important ways to create an engaged following on TikTok is to make sure that your content is relevant to your audienceโ€™s interests. In order to do this, you have to take time to get to know your audience and their interests. You can do this by interacting with your audience and asking them what they want to see more of. Itโ€™s important to make sure that your content is relevant to your audience because it makes the content more interesting and relatable to them. Your audienceโ€™s interests will change periodically, so itโ€™s important that you interact with them to make sure you stay up to date with your content.

Tip #3: Consistency

I would like to believe that the most important lesson I learned was not to give up. In order to grow a following on TikTok, youโ€™ll likely deal with negative comments, hateful messages and people who doubt you. Every day when I posted my content I received negative comments from people who were upset because they did not like my content and wanted me to stop posting. When you encounter these people, donโ€™t pay attention to themโ€”they are not a part of your audience. To grow your following, youโ€™ll have to deal with negative comments and haters, but that does not mean that you should give up. You need to continue creating content that is interesting and accessible to your audience.

How I went from a broke 15 year old to growing over 10 Million Followers on social media and helping 50+ clients increase their reach through short form content (all in less than 2 years):

You see in 2020...
* Had terrible grades and had no idea what I would do after high school
* Extremely skinny with zero motivation to change the way I looked
* Jealous of my friends who had it all figured out
* Angry at the reflection in my mirror

Over the next 20 months I focused on these 3 VERY simple things and they changed my life:

1. Spending more time on the process than the visualization of the end result. I was always worried about how things would turn out that I was reluctant to take into consideration the enjoyment of the process. Focusing more on the input severely helped me with the success of the output.

2. Sticking to one thing. Instead of jumping all around, I decided to choose one thing that I was really passionate about. I stuck to content creation and never looked back since. All it takes is consistency.

3. Stop blaming your circumstances. One I stopped doing this, my life changed tremendously. No one is going to feel sorry for you - so stop feeling sorry for yourself. Do what needs to be done and stop constantly blaming everything around you.

In January 2022 - these 3 principles resulted in me gaining a following of over 10 Million on social media. Fast forward a few months and I have now helped 50+ businesses and individuals increase their reach and generate qualified leads - all through short form content.

I don't care if you are a 15 year old high school student like I was, OR if you are 65 looking for a breakthrough. ANYONE can make it.

In his earth-shattering TED Talk, What I Learned from 100 Days of Rejection, Jia Jiang crossed into a territory that I feared most: rejection and disapproval.

In his speech, Jiang talked about his one-hundred-day experiment in which he asserted himself, asking people for things with the implicit understanding that he would likely be rejected.

He asked a stranger to borrow a hundred dollars and even asked for a "burger refill" at a restaurant. A burger refill? That's not a thing. Of course it isn't. But he asked for it anyway.

And a funny thing happened. Not only did he become desensitized to the fear of being rejected, he also found that you can get things you never imagined simply by asking.

Listening to Jiang's TED talk helped me realize that my fear of rejection was a weakness, one that was hampering my ability to get off the ground with any of my ideas.

So I did what he did. I too did a โ€œone hundred days of rejectionโ€ challenge. Just like with Jiang, I put myself in situations where I was likely to be told no, and it helped me shake off the paralysis I had been suffering. โ€œWhat if they say no?โ€ was no longer a thought that stopped me in my tracks.

Every day, I did a new thing that would likely result in me being rejected, maybe something that would make a person think I was brash or weird. But I did it anyway. And doing these thingsโ€”hearing the chorus of no'sโ€”helped me to build confidence and not to be scared of it anymore.

If you put as much focus on your Product KPI's as you do your Marketing KPI's, your business will grow to the next level.

Here are some Product KPI's that every business should be tracking:

1) Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
2) Net Promoter Score (NPS)
3) Daily Active User/Monthly Active User ratio
4) Churn rate

Tracking these will help you understand what needs to be changed in terms of your product. If you start tracking these for your business, you will start to see unprecedented growth.

Stop thinking like a brand if you want to build a for your business on social platforms.

The reason influencers KILL it on social media is because they produce entertaining content. They are able to rack up consistent views every time they post.

That is the reason why is killing it. Brands are ITCHING to find an influencer who is ready to market their products.

But what if you did it yourself? What if you posted content like an influencer? You could replicate results EVERY SINGLE TIME. All you need to focus on is building up consistent views and followers.

I still think about this on a daily basis.

About a year ago, I applied to be a social media manager for a person that I really looked up to.

During the interview I went over some of my skillsets and past accolades. His team had really liked me and the work I had done. They told me that they were committed to bringing me onboard.

That was until one of the people on call (who didn't talk until then) said "You look really young, how old are you?"

I responded "I am 16 years old".

Two of the people on call had gone on mute a few moments later and told me that they would get back to me shortly.

Many days had gone by and I assumed they were getting paperwork ready for me to join their company - I was yet to hear from them. So I emailed them, asking if there was any update on my interview.

I had then gotten this exact response from them... "Hey Saivibhu, we really like you and think you have more expertise than anyone who applied for the position. But we have to make decisions as a business and can't have someone this young running our social media, hope you understand :)"

This is something that still bothers me to this day. Not because I didn't get the position, but because I was discriminated, solely because on my age.

Nowhere on the application had they stated that you had to be a certain age to get the position. Or else I would not have applied.

Race, gender, and age are still put on a pedestal in the corporate world. It is time that businesses start to value skill-sets and character more than appearance and age.

There are millions of brilliant people who donโ€™t get the opportunity to do something solely based on their age. Itโ€™s time we put that aside and focus on the things that really matter ๐Ÿ™‚
