Muwhahaha! They are here!! The "Goth Girls" have finally landed. Phew... That took me a hot minute, eh?

I had a blast creating these 'lil girls all the way down to their eyes. No, those are not the original eyes! I wanted to go back into the design space to perfect them and edit the overall collection of pieces. Some people don't realize, there is a lot of time-consuming editing that goes on behind the scenes.

I know these 'lil cuties might not be everyone's cup 'o tea, but I have a dark side. Plan to see more of it in the future. Some of it I might not actually share, I will just simply add it to the shop. I love creepy and gory imagery too. If you are into that kind of thing, keep a lookout for those in the coming months. For now, feast your eyes on these 'lil beauties!

"Frosty Winter Nights" I've got something new up my sleeve! I know I've been quiet A LOT this year. I needed to take a break and refresh.

Muwhaha! I'm back at it! I'm getting a head start on creating for Winter/Christmas. I'm starting off chill (pun totally intended😂).

I must say, after taking a step back and REALLY critiquing my work, I found that I over-designed. Hope that makes sense. I think self-critiquing is essential to success and growth. Please tell me this doesn't make me crazy! Oh ok... I'm a 'lil cray, cray. Hey! The best people are at least a little crazy, right?!

Look, let's be honest. I've been absent. Yeah? Okay, that's out of the way.
My transparency makes me an honest person to a fault. That being said, I want y'all to know that I will slowly be coming back onto the scene.
A year ago, I knew nothing about how creators created their collections. How graphics were made or altered. I learned all I know from doing the research, watching the tutorials, making mistakes, more mistakes, then a TON more of those "nope that doesn't work." I'm in the mindset that if I'm gonna do something, I'm gonna do it right. I dove and swam into a whole new world! I need a breath of fresh air!
Needless to say, I needed to take a massive step back for a while from EVERYTHING. I haven't even been creating other than what I've needed to do for my design teams.
I know I left everything strewn about here and there. Please understand and be patient with me as I dance my way forward.
To grow we must learn to give ourselves a time-out. We always come back stronger and shine SO much brighter.

Heeeey! Here is a sneaky peek you've probably been waiting to see. I like to see you guys squirm wondering what's the theme. It's emo/goth themed! Something VERY different. At least, in my opinion, this theme is overlooked and yet it's getting more and more popular over the years.

Soon to come, I will be offering printed (200gsm) collections for those who don't have printers and want to purchase the collection/s or clipart images. In the beginning, there will be an extremely limited number of prints available. I'm still trying to figure out how I want to make this official.

In an effort to make this possible, I'm thinking of starting live auctions. I'm being completely transparent and honest here, I have no capital to print these collections on a mass scale like Prima, Stamperia, and all the other major brands out there.

To start with, I'd like to auction some of my artworks. This will provide me with some funds to begin the printing process. What do y'all think? Would you be interested in attending a live auction?

Hello my crafty friends! I've got some new MOG and inspiration for you! Nicolle Grabowski Kramer CE has been gracious enough to allow me to promote my papers along with my DT projects. For this, I am so incredibly grateful.

For the month of March, I focus on CE's flourishes and playing card designs along with my "Cherry Blossom Wonderland" collection.

Today's pieces are a set of boxes. These are actually quite large and were a challenge to photograph. Please accept my apologies ahead of time. Nonetheless, I very much enjoyed playing and creating again... finally.

A little backstory: I was busying myself with designing that I forgot for a bit that I am also a crafter!! I didn't REALLY forget, but you know what I mean. Can you believe it?!
When I finally got back out there... everything felt so foreign. Have you ever had this happen to you?
I had to walk around for several hours just to kinda get myself reacquainted. We had a chit-chat. I looked around. Reminding myself of where things are... LOLOL

Hey, crafty friends! It's the start of a new week and I've got some new inspiration for you using some of my beloved chippys.

Today I have used my own collection "Steampunk Creature Melodies" to create this purple fiery heart.

I wanted to do something unexpected with this fiery heart from It's easy to see typical colors like red, orange, and yellow. I could even see it in rustic blue, orange, and red. Instead, why not use my favorite color?! Purple! I love that this collection can go in so many different directions.

Today I share something fun! I used my steampunk guitar-playing dog and a quote to create the purple beauty you see before you now. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I get so busy designing I forget to create myself. Can you believe it?

This is a digital layout I created using different elements from the collection!! Of course, you can always use a photo, but I wanted to strictly use the collection. I think it display's its potential quite nicely.

Ohhhh, I can't wait to print this page to add more elements and bring it to life!! Don't worry, I will make a video once I get them all printed out. It's always nice to see something in your hands, right?

Sooooooooooo, you know how I said I had something up my sleeve? Well, are you ready for something BRAND NEW???

A little back story: I must give a little credit to because she said to me one day "Hey, Jess... Maybe a "Steampunk Animal Collection?" Hahahahaha! See, sometimes, all you have to do is just ask. Easy as that. So, thank you Anja for the little nudge in a curious and amazingly creative direction.

Heeeeeey everyone!!! Just thought I'd pop in and share a background paper I created for an upcoming collection I'm working on.

Any ideas as to its theme?? Or will there be a theme? Is it simply abstract watercolor art? Hmm...

I'm gonna do my best to keep y'all on your toes. This will be something never seen before in the crafting world. Strange color combinations and multiple themes will be brought together in a creative and harmonious way.

The first collection was easy because of the playing cards. This one will get your gears going.

I can tell you this specific BG paper will throw you off BIG TIME. So don't get frustrated if you don't nail it just yet. You're not supposed to, but if you do... well, then. Shoot. I'll figure something out. LOL 🙂
