Forceful eviction of occupants from their ancestral home
A single mother at 6pm dated 14/03/2024 was evicted from her father’s mudkarial home by unlawful means without prior notice from Navelim .
She was attacked by her sister in law(Stephany Costa wife of Cruz Dias) and her mother Celestine Dacosta(Silvy ) from Mandopa ( both Portuguese passport holders) who have obtained the mudkarial property by bribing /forgery.
No law and order . There were 25 cops from Margao Town Police to evict one woman. Complete system is been bribed from Dysp to constables. Such a shameful act done by Roman Catholics during lent season with blessing of Fr. Gaberial

Without considering mother-in-law the daughter-in-law has done forgery and shown that after her father-in-law's death, only her husband and her daughter-in-law are surviving heirs, wherein mother-in law is very much alive. By doing this, she has transferred the house tax and electricity bill to her name, making it a clear-cut case of cheating and forgery.
After the forgery of one property, the daughter-in-law is trying to forge another two properties. After taking the mother-in-law's statement, she clearly stated that the daughter-in-law took her fingerprints on some documents.
This same son, Cruz Dias (working in Texas), and Stephany Costa (a Portuguese passport holder working in the UK from Mandopa Navelim), had kicked this mother, Santana Teles, out of her house in 2011.
