Today is a first for me, I show you a Day in My Gluten & Dairy Free Life: Meals Revealed + being Post Menopausal and Adding in Estrogen Rich Foods to my diet! This video included recipes for oatmeal, skillet breakfast that includes eggs, veggies and toast as well as some potato gnocchi I found at my local Sobeys where I made a delicious Rose sauce and salad to go with it. I also include the estrogen rich foods I include in my diet being a postmenopausal woman. I hope you find this helpful!

I made some gluten free dairy free homemade pizza last night using pizza dough (this makes enough for two 12 inch pizzas) but was too much so decided to make cinnamon rolls today with the other half of the dough - baked them in the cast iron skillet and topped them with dairy free icing! OMG 😳 they turned out so good a kind of a happy accident also involved. Completely gluten and dairy free! ❤️ Hoping to post a video soon to see if I can replicate it for ya”ll. ❤️
