1. The appellate court discharged, acquitted and dismissed all charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. However, the Nigerian Government has refused to obey the court order.

2. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s health has been deteriorating as he is under severe physical and mental torture in solitary confinement and he needs urgent medical treatment. We urge the International Community to speak up, protect the Fundamental Rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and of the Biafran people and compel the Nigeria government to obey the judgment of the Appeal Court.

3. The right to Self Determination is an internationally recognized right of Indigenous people. We, the Indigenous people of Biafra, are entitled to this right and therefore urge the international community to intervene and press the Nigeria government to put mechanisms in place for the conduct of a referendum for the Indigenous people of Biafra to determine their fate as a people.

4. The Nigerian government has been lobbying the global community to designate IPOB, the victims and survivors of genocide, as terrorists so that the Nigerian Security forces can use it as cover-up to continue with their forceful and extrajudicial detention/killing of Biafran people unabated.

UPDATE ON TODAY’S PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT OF NIGERIA ON ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU’S CASE:

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case was the first to be mentioned on the cause list at the Supreme Court today, and as usual, our erudite Lead Counsel – Prof. Mike Ozekhome was hands-on to deliver the argument on behalf of our defence team.

All pending applications capable of affecting the expeditious hearing of the Appeal were disposed today. His Lordships, proceeded to grant only two weeks adjournment for the hearing of the substantive Appeal.

Parties were directed to ensure that every process incidental to the Appeal is filed within a specified timeline given to parties, and the Appeal was consequently adjourned to the 11th day of May 2023 for Hearing.

We shall keep Ezigbo UmuChineke abreast of every development as we progress.

The Russian Federation And President Putin's Rescue Mission In Africa

Freedom and democracy being preached by the Western world don't exist, it's mere false propaganda by the Westerners to dominate the world, more especially the African continent, images of the invasion of Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Liberia etc have proven the horrific democracy being preached by the Western world. where is the democracy being preached by America?
why is the Western world especially America silent over the genocide happening in Africa?
Why are the Western nations instigating wars in nations and countries that have large deposits of natural resources?

Why is President Joe Biden's administration silent over the extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the killings and unlawful detention of Biafra agitators by the Nigerian government?
Is silence in the face of injustice and impunity against Indigenous people now the culture of the Western world that claims to be the world's Democracy police?

All thanks to President Vladimir Putin who has taken it upon himself to fight against the injustice system of the new world order against the Indigenous people, more especially the emancipation of the African continent from the shackles of the Western world, not to remain in perpetual slavery in the hands of American, French and the British governments.

The great people of Biafra will continue to remember the great impact of President Vladimir Putin in the struggle for decolonization of the African continent, our thoughts and support are with the great people of the Russian Federation.

Knowing that President Vladimir Putin is not happy with the Western world over the invasion of the African continent and dehumanisation of Africans with the current imposition of puppets as leaders in Africa which they are used in the continued stealing, pillaging and looting of our God-given natural resources and financing different terrorist groups in Africa to destabilise the continent.

We Biafrans wish to state unequivocally that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra "IPOB" Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is championing the cause for the restoration of the sovereign State of Biafra from the British-created and forced Nigeria has for the past year and ten months being illegally incarcerated at DSS facilities under solitary confinement following his extraordinary rendition from Kenya.

As the great positive impact of President Vladimir Putin continues to resonate and vibrate around the world, we are using this medium to appeal to President Putin to please weigh into the issue of Biafra restoration and the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been discharged and acquitted by a competent court of jurisdiction in Abuja Nigeria on the 13th of October 2022 but the federal government of Nigeria has refused to let him go.
we seek total alliance from the Russian Federation in making sure that Biafra regains her freedom and sovereignty, as the two great nations will enjoy a cordial diplomatic relationship and impact the world positively.

On the decolonization of the African continent, the presence of President Putin and the Russian Federation is like the confidence of the Tiger, the cleverness of a Cobra and the dominance of the polar bear around Africa, the presence of President Putin and the emerging nations of Africa is indeed a nightmare to the western world. I respect great leaders who walk the talk, I see nothing but energy, enthusiasm, love and power in them. Leaders who are physically and spiritually strong, leaders who don't hide behind the door, and leaders who led their armies to the battlefield.
